ZERO stars!! they are clearly stealing pictures of products from other websites and knocking off the products to sell. the product I received is not what I ordered. their "full refund" started with "don't return just use 15% off your next order"... when I said no, they offered "20% of my purchase price" we are in "negotiations. this is horrible. don't buy from them!!

Just like the others who reviewed regarding the quilted bags, what garbage. I wrote saying i wanted a refund, sent pictures. They said I got what I ordered, maybe I could give them to my friends or relatives. I wouldn't even give them to a dog. Out over $60.... lesson learned. Next time I'm going to do some research first.

If I could, I would give this review 0 stars! Do not purchase these bags! You will throw your money away. I ordered 2 quilted laundry bags and what I received is a printed image on canvas of the items I have chosen. It seems their advertisement is AI generated. When I received the tracking #, once my order was shipped, it said it was coming from Yanwen China but when I received the package, it was shipped through Canada Post from Mississauga Ontario! I feel foolish that I fell for this company’s advertisement and with this comment I hope to save someone else’s disappointment. Customer service replied to my complaint, but they make you jump through hoops by sending them proof of the items received without any resolution!

ZERO STARS REALLY...very disappointed, the baskets are not quilted, they are scrappy screen prints. They take forever to ship and when they arrive, hood luck getting the pattern you ordered. I ordered 3 and 2 were not the correct patterns. Still waiting for a response from customer service

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I purchased four laundry baskets for $111. They arrive today weeks later than I expected. They said they were made in the USA on their website. But they were shipped from China. They said they were quilted but none of them are quilted. The fabric is printed, and the print is made to look as if they’re quilted, but they are definitely not quilted. Not what I purchased. Not what I wanted. Now I’m trying to get a refund.

0 stars is more accurate. The product is not as advertised as so many others have mentioned. I am still trying to get my money back, even if I have to pay shipping costs which is a rip off. It’s a polyester basket with a picture of a quilt on it. It is out and out FRAUD!!!

I ordered a quilted laundry basket . I received a canvas laundry basket. It doesn’t even look like the photo of the basket I ordered. After sending in the original order form with the number of the product, they said what I received is what I ordered. I don’t know how a canvas basket is even close to a quilted cotton basket. I am disappointed with this company and their false advertising!!!

Scammed to the hilt!!! Product not as described. Cheap & not quilted. So dissatisfied!!!

VERY ANGRY! False advertising. I hope they go out of business soon. None of the items advertised as Quilted were actually quilted. Delivery very slow. Customer service minimally responsive.

I order quilted bags as seen in video, I received canvas bags that were not featured anywhere in your advertisement, your product is not what was shown very dissatisfied customer! Show what you sell !

Misrepresented big time, these are not quilted nor do they look quilted. Cheap looking, expensive, embarrassed to give, was excited. I'll never order again, esp. With low trust reviews. Feels scammed. 2 months to ship

One star is even one star to many. They outright sell hampers and totes that do not remotely be what was presented, they say they are thick quilted sturdy bags , in reality they are not a cotton fabric, just a printed facade, mine even included a plastic ring to thread around the top to keep it open.. Just a cheap item not even close to what was advertised.
Try to return it … good luck, unresponsive, and when they do, it’s ridiculous, they suggest giving it to a friend who will love it!! Should not be allowed to continue.

Terrible product. Even though they say their products are quilted, they are NOT QUILTED. It’s just flat printed fabric. I contacted customer support and they responded badly. They said I received the product and there was no damage so now I’m stuck with them. Also, it would have cost $20 to return them. It’s a scam

They shouldn't get a star still don't have all my order its June I ordered in Feb. Secondly they did the bait and switch NOT one hamper bag is Quilted cheap 5$ canvas bag with a transfer of what I DID ORDER. Limited communication and NO REFUND unless I PAY TO SEND BACK.

These people ought to be ashamed . . . and so should I, for not checking the reviews! They were purchased as gifts; I would never give them to ANYONE as a gift!!!! They are extremely cheap-looking, and not AT ALL as advertised! I wouldn’t even use one myself ! I’ll return them immediately, although I read (too late) that returns are nearly impossible. I’m SO angry, SO disappointed, and SO left without a gift for 5 upcoming birthdays. BOO!

I received my order of QUILTED bags. They are not quilted. They are a printed picture of a quilted bag. For a printed bag, they are nice, just disappointed by Aiorrax 3D pictures.

I ordered what was supposed to be a quilted laundry basket from this company. What I received is nothing like the picture shown online.
It is NOT quilted. The picture on the basket is not like the one I ordered and the color is different.
They are crooks.
How are they still in business and continuing to take customer’s money?

This is a complete scam! Don't buy. They claim beautiful woven quilted laundry baskets what shows up is some painted/printed Chinese garbage. I wish I could post photo here

Laundry baskets advertised as quilted... blah blah.. Should've read reviews before my purchases.. Truth is, they're not a bad product, quality is OK, just 100% not what they are advertising or anything like what's pictured. Disappointing. I was really looking forward to opening these, they weren't cheap -and actually bought one to give as a gift -that won't be happening now.
