Very unreliable and unethical agency - faked charges and incorrect billing on paid media statements going back months. Terrible behaviour to squeeze more money out of clients.

Inflated ad spend amounts that they would then charge the wrong higher % agency fee. It has taken months to sort through and find out that their incorrect billings are in the tens of thousands of pounds. Additionally, when taking the performance marketing accounts in-house. we've improved results massively.
