Non-existent customer service
I ordered a personalised mug for a Christmas gift a few weeks ago. The mug was not personalised and simply says "Name's Room". I have emailed twice in an attempt to resolve the problem, but have heard nothing back. I don't like leaving negative feedback but having been ignored by the company, I have no choice.
