It is one of the worst companies you…

It is one of the worst companies you can work for. They do not appreciate teachers, their hard work and efforts. Their salaries are low, their employees do not have any experience, especially the official there, whose name is Isla 汤云芳. She is a completely unprofessional person. I advise you not to work in this company.

DO NOT buy AirClass courses or you will regret it

Unfortunately I have the same experience as other people who requested for a refund and never get it! AirClass staff use different excuses to delay my request. One told you they were processing your refund. Another told you to try other tutors and keep booking lessons. If you insist on refund, they just ignore you! No one reply you any more!!

Never got paid

High turn over rate of employees, which lead to constantly reporting to someone new. There were some issues related to my bank and I never was paid for the 22 tutoring sessions I completed through AirClass. I reached out to several people and was kicked out of the AirClass group when I enquired about my pay that I earned and what steps I would need to do to get my salary. One employee said my employee ID no longer exists and this is why I cannot receive my pay.. I emailed AirClass and never heard a reply back from them. Hoping for someone to see this that values the service I provided to the company and the money I earned for myself.

You never get the refunds as they promised

It is so annoying you never get the refunds although they promised you can.

I have been waiting for the refunds since July 2022 but no joy despite numerous emails sent.

The customer service is useless and always advise they are processing it.

What's worse is today I started to receive notifications saying I booked lessons with them which is not true at all. Not sure whether they are trying to use the funds I paid to avoid refunding.

Definitely not recommend at all.

My son take admission for English course and after Fees deposited in advance only 2-3 class they take regulate and later they stopped the class and every time while I remind they extend it for next week.

I request a refund as AirClass had breached the contract by downgrading service without customer’s agreement.
I made payment $980 on March 11 2022 for 50 logic thinking lessons for my child. At first there was a good app with online preview and review activities for your coming lessons, and lots of exercise and games which were helpful for kids to do after class.
Three months later they asked you to move to another app, where there was no related exercise and games. Two months later they asked you to move again, where the app only provided a simple ugly window for delivering lessons. This time, they even cut off all the necessary preview and review activities.
It’s obvious service downgrade and beach of contract. It happened in just 6 months after I paid. However, they refused give an explanation. They only said it was App Updating.
Will any company update their apps by cutting off necessary functions and making it look worse? There were surely financial problems with this company and I doubt if they will still exist before I finish my kids lessons.
Customer service were bad too. The advisors were not well trained, lack of knowledge of their courses. Advisors had not even seen in their whole life the corse syllabus before they started to “advise” you. The only thing they could do is sending you advertisements.
Do not engage with this company.

HUGE SCAM - You will not get your money back. THEY ARE THIEVES

HUGE SCAM. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months. I paid for lessons up front LAST YEAR. The teacher disappeared in AUGUST 2022. My son ended up dropping the 2 A-levels he was doing as he was so behind. I have been told the WHOLE FINANCE TEAM has been on holiday for 4 weeks now and the continue to be on holiday. STAY AWAY. They will take your money and you will NEVER GET YOUR REFUND. I was told by one support adviser that their business refund account does not have enough money in it and I have to wait - I might be lucky and get my refund after their pay day on 15th of every month but this is not guaranteed. SHOCKING! They should be closed down from trading.

This company is depictable, would not recommend!

This company is depictable. The teachers may be good, but the process and the customer service have left much to be desired.

1.They have been withholding our refunds for almost three months. We signed up with them through another company's referral for 60 classes in late 2022. We only had less than 10 classes before cancellation, mostly because of the difficulty to arrange classes that fit our timezones and their teachers' schedules. There were a few times which the classes were booked incorrectly in our time zone and we missed those classes. They wanted to charge us for those missing classes that were their mistakes. After we submitted a dispute for those classes, it turned into this several month-long review. When asked about the status and why the hold-up, they came back with reasons such as supervisor's taking time to review, there were covid illness (which i can understand), 1/1 holiday...We started the refund process in November and we have not received the refund. I would like this company to issue our refunds (~$800) asap.

2. Their customer support lacks professionalism. We do not use wechat here; in order to communicate with them, I had to download the app. With a busy travel schedule and infrequent use of wechat, i was unable to check messages timely, and their customer support made some unprofessional and unnecessary comments, which I found it appalling and rude. (I understand this may be a case person by person, but this is my experience with them).

3. We requested the other company to grant the discount for the referral, only to find out that AirClass never submitted our purchase to the referral company, so they couldn't validate us, and we lost out on that front.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. We ended up switching to PP tutors for a lower price and a better service team.

I would not recommend this company at all.

Started off really well and there was really good communication. After the trail class and when the payment was made, the responses were late, tutors would not attend the lesson considering the time and date was fixed and no response from management. it was very difficult to receive a refund which took many months. I would not recommend due to the hassle they put you through.

I really like your approach to air-class training

My son has tried many tutors to prepare for exams. He went to their house, they came to us, but the quality of the classes was so-so. But when we started training on the Air-Class platform, John changed before our eyes. I thought it would be even more difficult for him to study online due to the fact that he is completely restless, but it turned out that Air-class has such good teachers and interesting tasks that my son literally runs to classes to gain new knowledge. I really like your approach to air-class training

I am so interested in history

I never thought I could be so fascinated with history. But after I studied at Air-Class with Eduard, I acquired so much knowledge that even the future special issue is connected with history. Thanks to Air-Class, I am now a university student, which I am very happy about.
