If there were an opportunity to give 6 stars, I would. I cannot praise this company enough.
Dealing with APART has been, without doubt, the best customer experience I have had in the whole time I've been a vehicle owner.
In particular, Hendrik Stättner has been the most helpful person you could wish for. He has bent over backwards to rectify a mistake that I made when I ordered my parts. Yes, it was MY mistake - I ordered the wrong parts. Herr Stättner has assisted me while I returned the parts back from the UK to Germany, and then promptly had the correct parts shipped back to me, ensuring that I didn't have to pay further import duties at the same time.
Not only that, but every correspondence has been conducted in my own language, and replies have come to me within hours, or even less, every time.
A fantastic company to deal with. Thank you very, very much indeed.

A great source for OEM Air suspension parts in the EU
I ordered an OEM WABCO compressor kit from APART for my FO1 BMW 7 Series. Communication was great, the pre-handling of customs and import duties with the carrier exceptional, and the product of the high quality you would expect from the OEM supplier to BMW.
