Excellent Service
Excellent communication from the team, and very quick dispatch. Product was packaged exactly as I requested. Excellent pricing as well. Haven't fitted them yet, but they seem well built and of high quality. Would highly recommend them on account of their professionalism.

The most versatile and cheapest quality air suspension
The most versatile and cheapest quality air suspension. air suspension for everyone's pocket and for everyone's taste. Apart allows us all to maintain our cars with air suspension. The only complaint I have is the shipping options because there are no shipping options with DHL. There is with Fedex and with DPD, but they do not allow us to personally clear the parts, but we have to pay them for the service. Also, DPD does not deliver to Bosnia and Herzegovina and I had to pay their forwarder extra to import my airbags from Croatia to Bosnia and Herzegovina and I had to pay them for the customs clearance service. It's increases my shipping costs. DHL Standard would be a much better choice because DHL Standard allows us to personally clear the shipment and we do not pay for additional services. This is valid only for DHL Standard or Economic, because DHL Express delivery - via by plane must also clear customs indirectly.

Great delivery, truly awful checkout experience
I bought new Dunlop air suspension parts to my BMW F11 from Apart and was extremely pleased with everything except the confusing and painful check-out.
Just like all (crazy) German sites they force feed you with PayPal, and in this case also Amazon Pay, banners and buttons here and everywhere in the Checkout. Annoying and confusing.
You have to click until your fingers go numb to reach the more normal payment options, e.g. Visa & Master card.
But if you cannot find the parts on a site with a contemporary payment flow, you should consider suffering through the truly tortuous Apart checkout. Apart delivered great stuff like clockwork.

Item as described and the delivery was very quick. Only issue I had was about the duty when being delivered into UK, this pushed the cost up and was ore comparable to what was available in the UK.
