We could not believe the price and the ease of booking the Air and Cruise Parking. We have never used this before but if the reservation process is any indication of their services, we will definitely use them again. Thank you!!!

Easy transaction. Ladies at front drsk at springhill were great. Shuttle was on time. Missed my fligjt the first night and was woken upby security saying i couldnt sleep in my vehicle, othet than having to move that night, parked again in morning and caught flight. My car was good for 5 days.

Very Easy to book

Using website was easy to navigate. Reservation in. March so will see how this will go….hopefully as good as some of the reviews are and not the bad ones. Will update after cruise

Booking a reservation for parking was trouble free, person assisting me in making the reservation was helpful and knowledgeable of the facility. Shuttle service to the airport was efficient in both getting to the airport and when arriving back getting to facility where my vehicle was parked. Rightway Parking will be my number choice in future needs.

Just used for Port Everglades. Bad experience. To start, the gps address they told you to use was very wrong. Had to call and eventually got through and they gave directions to their dirt lot. After the trip we were told to get our luggage go outside and call, they’d be there in 15 minutes. It didn’t happen that way, I called and was told 25-30 minutes. After 10 minutes I remembered that the van that dropped us off did not have any markings so I called back to ask how would I recognize their van. They said it would be marked with FFL or something like that…. Not even their name. I asked if the driver left yet and was told it would be 25-30 minutes. When I said that’s what I was told before, they’d just repeated the same thing. After 30 minutes I called again, I asked if the driver had left yet, I was put on hold and after 5 minutes was disconnected. Finally the van showed up and when I asked the driver about the long delay, he said a van had been there 20 minutes earlier. Total lie. We checked every van and even had the person working the area watching for us. After all that, we had another delay going to the airport for a pickup. It was over an hour till we finally got back to our car. To top it off, the driver’s side mat was absolutely filthy with the dirt and rocks from the lot. NEVER AGAIN with this company! Beware, not worth the aggravation!

A reservation means you have a reserved parking spot, right? WRONG. Not at this awful, narrow plot of inhospitable, unreliable piece of rip-off business. I've a flight out in less than an hour and 1/2 and no place to park because a reservation means nothing to them. I booked through Rightway Parking--don't use them, either!--and never would have used this place again after my first horrendous experience, but it came recommended by Jason at RW Parking and I didn't realize it was the same place. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Both rides to and from The double tree Hilton were great. We did have to wait a long time for our ride back to our house r car but we knew that in advance. Both drivers were kind and attentive.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted by a few staff and our luggage was transferred to a waiting van. We arrived at the cruise terminal within minutes. Our pickup back to our vehicles was also very quick and efficient. All drivers were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely use this service for my next cruise out of Tampa.

Only thing would be a nice smooth lot. It was slightly muddy in some spots. The dirt lot was not easy to move suitcases in but now that we know the layout of pick up etc we will work around that.
