Heaven at the end of my legs!
These shoes feel like you're walking on air. And they are so cute! Have bought 3 pairs of trainers in the past - and I literally wear the soles through - really nice to experience the shoes. Will be buying more.

Perfect shoes
I had to quickly find a new pair of shoes for a family wedding after my dog ate one of my shoes just days before the date. I phoned the company and staff were so helpful and after numerous call regarding stock availability and my choices of shoes, they arrived less than 24 hours later. They fit perfectly and I danced all night in them!! Thank you ☺️

Lovely shoes but they were only packaged in an envelope rather than a box meaning they a bit squashed on delivery. They were in the sample sale and a good price but I was expecting better packaging.

The sandals were far too small
The sandals were far too small, despite being my usual size. The ankle strap wouldn't even go round my ankle. I attempted to contact customer services, but they would not provide any assistance whatsoever.
This is my first time using the business and first impressions are not good.

We can appreciate every foot is entirely unique and also the fit of every style of shoe, however the onus is on the customer whether they would like to go ahead with the purchase after reading our terms and conditions. With the archive sale, we have many customers who repurchase items from our archive so they are aware of the fit. Customers are also welcome to contact us to enquire about their sizing, so we can try to help as much as possible.

Love Air & Grace shoes
Love Air & Grace shoes. I have several of their trainers and sandals. The Anais is a new shape for me, I didn’t think I could wear a pointed flat but these are cut so well and the suede is buttery soft, no seams to cut into my wide feet. Such an elegant shape.
