Awful hate it big regret!
I ordered a Rusack at the beginning of this month. I received a tracking number earlier last week. I was told it was delivered and posted through my letterbox.
There is no way a Rusack would fit through my letterbox! I have tried to email them Using the email address on the Shopify app but the email is now rejecting and I have no way to get in touch with anyone what a waste of money I have been scammed

I purchased all three models from Airback, trusting their product quality. However, on the very first use of my Airback Max (400 euros) , the buckle was broke, and Airback refused to honour the warranty, absurdly claiming it was “normal wear and tear.”
This response is completely violates basic consumer protections under UK and EU law. A product failing immediately upon first use clearly indicates a manufacturing defect, not wear.
Products must be repairable especially when the issue involves something as minor as a buckle worth about 50 cents.
After I complained, Airback provided me with a new trolley. I appreciate their prompt response.

Well I bought two bags from them. The first go small bag doesn't fit an adult so I had to give away to my kid as straps didn't fit adult man and wasn't really impressed. Then I bought another larger one thinking it would compress more items like in video but honestly you don't get a lot extra in. This isn't meant to be a kick but I was sold on video and space but honestly not that impressed. However the design and quality is great and will last for a while I am sure. A real positive was the customer experience the support is excellent and very friendly I can not fault the help they gave
But sorry team just not my bag....if you pardon the pun and honest review
I've had a wonderful customer service experience with the Airback team so far. They have gone out of their way to ensure I get the best deal and that I have all the information I need to ensure my Airback Max arrives safely at the right destination.

They’ve been perfect for short trips, super convenient and practical. The bag itself is incredibly durable, and overall, the experience has been outstanding.
If you're unsure about the bag, you can be completely confident in the warranty and customer service - truly some of the best I’ve ever encountered!
I did have an issue with one of the bags, but customer service quickly acknowledged the problem and sent a replacement without any hassle.

I recently got the Airback NEXT Suitcase, and I seriously love it! The suitcase is made of super high quality and also the design looks really sleek. I always used to run out of space with regular luggage, but with the compression system, that’s not an issue anymore! I can fit way more stuff now for my holidays! :) I’m really happy I found this brand and this suitcase!

I strongly advise against buying anything from AirBack. The product I received was extremely poor quality — flimsy materials, cheap construction, and absolutely not worth the price they’re charging. It felt like something you’d find in a bargain bin, not from a brand claiming to offer premium travel gear.
To make matters worse, their return process is a complete scam. They advertise hassle-free returns, but what they don’t mention upfront is that they’ll charge you for everything: return shipping, restocking fees, and even the original shipping (even if it was listed as “free”). After all the deductions, I barely got a fraction of my money back.
It’s clear they’re banking on people being too frustrated to go through the return process or not reading the fine print. Extremely dishonest and misleading business practices.
Bottom line: Cheap, low-quality products and a company that profits off returns. Don’t waste your money.
I travel for work on a regular basis and nowadays most airlines are increasingly restricting handluggage / overhead compartment cabin allowance. My AIRBACK - Navy blue/No Weight handle - replaces both my usual cabin suitcase and laptop bag and usually fits under the chair if required. The investment has been paid back in savings on current airlines charges for hand luggage. Great quality (nearly a year of heavy usage), surprising amount of space (extra pair shoes for instance).

Very disappointing experience. The company ignored their 3-year warranty and stopped responding to emails. After finally replacing my faulty bag, the replacement also had a defect—and they went silent again. Unprofessional service. I’d recommend buying from a brand that stands by its warranty.

The bag is bulky even if it's empty, the vacuum compartment is really a gimmick that can be replaced by a regular vaccume bag in any backpack. Also the vaccume compartment don't hold vaccume for long time and if you don't pack it 💯 level, the space become a bit useless. Also the laptop pocket in the back really could use a redesign the pocket seperstors get in the way if you try to put a notebook or anything else. I used it for 6 months now and I'm going back to a regular backpack. The best thing this company do is marketing not backpack

they obviously didn't read the full comment or care to actually read it, the air pocket is a gimmick and actually using a regular vacuum e bag that you can get for 2 euro is easier and better for organisation, and if that bag fail you can replace it on the spot. and you wouldn't have to sacrifice with a bulky bag.
