Airbrush arrived with a broken attachment, I eventually was able to try it out on 16th April after receiving replacement part and was deeply disappointed with it. weak airflow and not much power, I have fine hair and I would pity anyone who has thicker hair trying to use this and achieve the results that the company profess it does.
Contacted them and have been fobbed of with 10, 20, 30% refund as goodwill gesture, which I've refused as I want a full refund for a product that's really crap.
Like the majority of other reviews - if I could give it zero star I would, please don't purchase from them as they're impossible to deal with and repetitive with their email responses.
STAY CLEAR - DON'T PURCHASE

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY
After using the product just 5 times, it started making noises and was very hot to the touch and then there was a burning smell.
I emailed the company, they replied by saying I could not get a replacement or refund as I should have returned within 30 days
When I replied they then offered me a 30% discount on another item as a goodwill gesture!

Purchased 8th feb 2026 broke by 30th march . Made a funny noise then started smoking. Company not helpful at all offered 20 % next purchase not being funny who would buy a product that only lasts just over 2 months. Really ignored actually really like the product just a waste of money from my point of view . Would not recommend buying from this company

It’s a scam! They refuse to refund you! The website looks like a uk business but it is shipped from china!
Had to put a dispute in to my bank to get the money back!
I would no recommend them! There is a blog on fb made with fake accounts lying about this product

Airbrush UK - Cheap terrible Chinese product, smoke smell! Misleading name as it has nothing to do with UK. It’s coming from China! They advertise 2-3 day delivery. It took more than 2 weeks to arrive!
No customer support, no one responds to multiple emails! Does not allow to open return!
Honestly AVOID!!!!! Don’t waste your time and money! Absolutely terrible!!! ‼️🚨

Such a bad product and terrible service. Did research and read what were clearly fake reviews!

About 4/5th use the product crackled and starting smoking in my hand and burning smell came from the now red hot barrel!

Customer service none existent, warranty absolutely pointless.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought an airbrush which I tried to return when I received it as it appeared to be really flimsy. They refused to accept a return so I had to keep it. I have only used it for a couple of weeks and the plastic on the actual hairdryer has already cracked and split making it too dangerous to use. BE VERY WARY OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not respond to any emails so I’m left with an expensive item I can no longer use after only a few weeks. I will try and contact my bank for any help.

They sent me a bad/cheap product, I requested a return and refund within 14 days (which is a legal/statutory right) but they refused despite multiple requests! I ended up taking them to court but their address is a mail box in Covent Garden (London) so I got a “return to sender” from the court. Avoid at all costs! If anyone knows their correct UK address please post and I will serve the claim again!

It’s a good product, I ordered the box to keep it in but unfortunately that came bashed. It doesn’t affect the airbrush. It’s just disappointing when I paid extra, it’s more likely that it’s just been thrown around by the carriers rather than airbrush sending me a damaged box

Ordered an airbrush obout a months ago and no sign of it. Nobody responds on their customer service team. Disgraceful service. Beginning to think it’s a scam website

Speedy delivery good value for price works well I just need to work on my curl technique. Feels more cheaply made than a Dyson but I didn't pay a Dyson price. So far I'm happy.

I don’t even want to award one star…this company has failed its obligations to address a very dangerous issue with its product. After only 7 weeks, and hardly any use, my Airbrush developed a whining/crackling noise then blew up in my hand as I was videoing the fault. Thank goodness it wasn’t on my hair or being used by a child at the time! I have repeatedly raised this with the company to be told I’m outside the 30 day return period. They have failed to recognise the two year warranty advertised on their site and no longer reply to my emails. I have put them on notice of legal action to no avail. These products are DANGEROUS! I will now attempt to raise this via Trading Standards but not confident with their jurisdiction despite the ‘UK’ claim….

I have received my styler and have tried to use it. It is not fit for purpose and I feel that the company are using false advertising saying that it is on a par with the Dyson styler. The styler is plastic, cheaply made and poorly designed and also extremely expensive. I bought it as a Mother’s Day gift to myself and I am throughly disappointed and feel completely ripped off.
I have sent an email to their customer care & one to Shopify asking for a refund but I bet I will not even receive a response.

My order is missing so is my money. No one answers the help email address. Don’t do it it’s not worth the worry!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM. The product has been received is sub standard. The packaging is poor and there are no safety instuctions. I paid extra for the box which is dented and made extremely cheaply. I have tried to contact the seller for a refund but so far they have completely ignored by requests receiving no replies

Can’t complain, seen a lot of negative reviews and was sceptical about purchase. Can honestly say I love using this airbrush. I do find my usual hairdryer quicker for drying after washing my hair but the other attachments are great. Curls last all day. In my opinion great product.

Ordered February 17th, in transit since February 27th, no update since. Reached out to the customer support numerous times with no response!
