Some really helpful comparables including the rates charged, occupancy rates, and nice additions like the amenities offered which for me is helpful to find a way for our property to stand out. Visually easy to follow and user friendly.

5 star for free credit version
i used the pilot free credit version of Airbtics, it definitely helped me a lot in my early stage of exploring short rental market in Kuala Lumpur. totally will subscribe to it once I'm financially ready to enter the market

A great alternative to the more known…
A great alternative to the more known Airbnb data providers. They’re helpful and seem to care and listen to what was really our issue, and came up with a solution. This was something their competitors wouldn’t do, and in comparison the data is extremely affordable! I loved how they were able to offer a lot of flexibility but at the same time be cheaper and as accurate as their larger competitors in that space.

Good software, great team!
Unfortunately, this platform did not work for our company. We run a very complex system and need to employ a more enterprise system. But we did like what we saw and Jae and his team were very easy to work with. The responded to our questions quickly and did all they could to try and make the system work for us. Recommend.
