Avoid at all cost if you want any changes made to your flight as they don’t have any phone number to call. They will ask you to email them and wait weeks for their reply which will be well past your flight date like min was.
The response was received after booking the tickets for a full day, the reservation was canceled, and the money will be returned after 10 days
Airbudget: Don’t ever use this agency, it’s so incompetent and fraudulent.
They changed my flight to one I couldn’t use due to timeframe work .When I told them, that I couldn’t use that flight and needed my refund instead. They told me that I needed to buy a new flight that’s when they could refund me. I bought a new flight and I have not received my refund yet. I have been waiting for my refund since march. It’s been already been 3 months and they keep on telling me stories all the time .Is there any one who can help me get my money back? Anyone with ideas please help.
I was also asked to pay £217 for extra luggage and I have not received my refund yet for 3 months now.
At the coronavirus crisis they simply turned off they phones. They are unreachable. It is obvious that flights are not going ahead, I don't want to cancel my trip but I am forced to do so. I would like to get REFUND. With this 'company' is one way communication. You never get a response. Simply want to get my money back!!!!!
I booked twice through this company, first one went good as i didn't need customer service.Second time i booked through them thinking same service but it was very nightmare to contact them.I paid for luggage but when I went to check in ,the airline check in person didnot let me take the luggage and told me to contact agency.I tried to ring them on international number but it's not available. Again I had to pay for them.I tried to contact them after my trip. There is no another way to contact them at all.Be aware you might get little cheaper price but there is not any customer service at all if you do need to contact them.
1. Zero Customer Service.
2. The website is buggy.
3. Customer service agents are shouting on customer.
4. You will never get your booking without at least 2 hours of International calls with them.

absolutely the worst travel agency on the web. they are rude and they don't even know anything about travels and insurances.
do not travel with them!!!
Cancelled out flights over a week ago due to a problem with the website. We were told we would have our money refunded within 2 days at this point. Over a week later we are still being told that the money is on its way, should be back in our bank, ect ect only iv rang up this afternoon to be told they havn't received money of us in the first place! Never heard so much bull in my life! happy to take your money not so great at returning what is owed!
None of his is helped by the rude and unhelpful staff they have on their phones! Now we are struggling as we have booked other flights expecting our refund back but we now have £750 missing!!
To whom concern
I'm writing to inform about my experienced with Airbuget compay. The company has well-designed website's. I've booked flight number: BUK-6536638. Accourding to the main website they said you can get full refund if pay for premium service. So that I trusted main website and I've cancelled my flight, I've asked them to refund me for than a month. Although this my first experienced in this big firm, I'm really disappointed with this behaviour.
I'm looking forward to hear from you
I made a reservation but on last step , after i paid something go wrong and booking failed. After I cheched in my bank for transaction, bank said that money was authorized. Then i contacted Airboudget and they did not cansel my authorization or give me tickets i want to buy. I emailed them soo many times, i spoke with ther assistant, but they did nothing. Real sad. Today is 5th day and I still didn' get my money back.
Booked flights from innsbruck to Heathrow. The flights out had a 20 min connection which was impossible to catch meaning a 8 hours wait at an airport.
On the return flight, the flight was infact a 4 hour coach not a flight at all followed by a flight that was 3 hours.
Completely ruined our holiday, no quoting of terms and conditions will change that.
Stay clear of budget air and be careful when using sky scanner in case budget air is used.
Dear Sean , right u are . I have only reservtion but i got debited twice , all evidences in your hands since end of october . Your attempt to look innocent seems simply childish . People should know how u run your business and it is great to be able to warn others about your attitude through this site .
Let me have your direct phone number so i can finally speak to someone who can help me out .
I simply want my money back .
Next step i ll copy here all emails i received from you guys where people can simply see what is going on .
