Do not buy, avoid. Same as other reviews, from day one had problems and only one would connect. Customer support is a joke, followed their advice, sent videos as requested and eventually after chasing they advised would send replacement. The replacement never arrived, then round in circles for weeks/ months whilst they “checked” their tracking records for the replacement that they claimed to have sent. Now after chasing have been advised there was a mistake by previous colleagues and not eligible to replace or refund, even though they confirmed would replace in writing.
Scam, do not buy form air buds. Faulty products, no replacement or refunds. Plenty of other similar reviews from other customers here. Would be zero stars if able to give zero.

Stopped charging in one earbud very soon after purchasing. When we contacted the company they refused to offer replacement or repair stating that it was outside the 30 day 'warranty' period. Very poor customer service. Won't buy again from this company.

What ticks me off the most, is when I use the product for a month, it began to fail and the "service dept" said the 30day warranty had expired. What a joke!
My problem appears to be exactly what previous reviews are stating. Only a single bud will charge, or not charge. The case charging is deplorable. It will actually now from either one ever working. For $30 it is said, "you can't go wrong". Sure you can. $30/month is $360 per year, which is the true cost of this product if you account a standard warrant being 1 year for electronic manufacturing.

Not sure if you guys have 3 company’s as it seems and you just push things around from within all of them. It wasn’t us it was they other “shop” guys . Now you are called truly wireless headphone? Tommorow something else. It was a good trick but many people have understood they won’t get their money back. You have made thousands of pounds out of cheap plastic products , that work for an hour or two or are broken when delivered.
Shame that social media sponsor your advert and low life celebrities get paid cheap labour to say it’s an amazing product when it’s just an unregistered company in Hong Kong that has made a bit of cash and will then get another slimy company up and running.

Absolute rubbish!! DO NOT order them!! I ordered two sets at the end of April. Received ok then everything went wrong!! In less then a week both sets broke. I returned them yes at my expense as per t&c. I have chased them so many times for the refund... They promised it had been reimbursed and I needed to check with my bank, which I did and surprise no reimbursement... of course this is unheard of so been referred to another department several weeks ago to investigate and not heard a thing since and no response to my emails either. ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE service...not impressed!!!

As far as scam companies go this one comes top of the list. People please read these reviews and take note, DO NOT ORDER from this company. If I have any words of advice for anyone that has purchased anything and hasn’t been refunded then I would like to make EVERYONE aware that they CAN contact their bank if paid via credit or debit card and ask them to process a CHARGE BACK and advise them you have evidence of faulty goods and any correspondence and that the company will not resolve and keeps making false promises. This charge back WILL reverse any charges if made within 120days of the transaction And your bank will take any money from their accounts and reverse the transaction. Do not give up and let these guys beat us!

Lies,lies,lies. Do. It but from these scammers. If you get anything sent, they won’t work anyway and you will be promised for months a replacement that never arrives and mysteriously they can’t provide a tracking number either due to customs!!! Stay clear
Disappointing
These arrives slightly slower than expected but that was ok, They worked great for the first week, but now neither the case or buds will charge to full. The power lasts about half an hour then the left earphone dies followed swiftly by the right.

Got my air buds and it wasn’t even working I sent them back on August 2ed and still haven’t got a email back or nothing it’s now August 24th and still haven’t got my refund back or anything ... if your reading this save your self and your money ... I’ve been so angry for the whole month

Ordered on June 6, arrived faulty with one airbud not charging or playing sound. Emailed the company 2 days later requesting a refund, no reply. Followed up the email on June 21, still no reply. Emailed again and got an automated response saying they had a system down. June 25 I emailed again, another automated response asking for all the details (tracking number, pictures etc.) which I’d already given in the (several) previous emails. Emailed again on June 29 and Airbuds replied saying my request had already been processed and they were sending out a replacement pair — which I didn’t even ask for, I just wanted a refund — and to allow 14-25 days for delivery. Emailed on August 4 to tell them my replacement order still hadn’t arrived — gave them the benefit of the doubt for delays due to pandemic, but 10 days delay? Now a 56-day delay? Received an automated message to that email, too. It’s now August 24 and after countless attempts since then to get in contact with their team I still haven’t received anything but automated responses to my emails, nor have the replacement pair been given, or even just a refund, which is what I asked for in the first place — 2 and a half months ago now. Terrible product with awful customer service. Website didn’t even recognise my order or tracking number, and the help email they provide on the site didn’t get any response at all, had to find the “working” customer service email myself in forums online. Load of rubbish.

This should be zero stars! Complete scam - I hope the celebs endorsing on Instagram see this! Ordered in May, faulty on arrival - never worked. No light on etc. Have to send for China for them to check if you want a refund so I opted for exchange hoping a replacement will work and 4 months on still waiting & my requests to make a complaint are just ignored ! I have reported to The Office of Fair Trading to investigate them.

Ordered 4 pairs in March for me and the 3 kids, I wasn't expecting anything spectacular if I'm honest for the price £30 per set butvi certainly wasn't expecting to get ripped off and having to deal with appalling customer service. Upon receipt of the items 1 earphone didn't work in 2 sets 1 set wouldn't charge and mine spoke to me in a foreign language. Having contacted numerous times and getting a standard email which I had already followed the first time. I got passed from pillar to post when all I wanted was a refund having taken out a lifetime warranty and priority shipping. I was then told to send the items back but post them to China 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, China I asked, the response was yeah we had to start up there to meet demand. If demand is that high these "scammers" must be making a fortune ripping people off. I have not received an email saying when my refund will be given and I've probably given up hope of getting one. If anything though my review stops anyone from using these scammers that'll do me. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GET SUCKED IN.
So after responding to my review on 25th August saying you apologise for my experience. What are you actually going to do about my refund. You also state all 4 sets passed quality checks I find that really hard to believe as why woud the set I use be in a foreign language and the other 3 have issues as soon as my family use them. I stick by what I said absolute scammers and an absolute rip off. Standard email response with no resolution to my issue, again please do not get sucked in by the fraudsters.
