Exactly the same experience as every…

Exactly the same experience as every other customer on this site. I wish I’d seen this before parting with my hard earned cash. Google were promoting this company, so I will also be taking it up with them. The left bud doesn’t work and has now started speaking in Chinese! They say they’ve sent another pair, but nothing for weeks. I’ve clearly been scammed. We have exchanged more than 50 emails and I am no nearer to a refund. I can’t even get a company address from them. I would like to take this further but am not sure who to contact without any company details. I suspect the customer service team are bots, designed to delay your complaint until you run out of a 30 day warranty. I’m not going to let this go. Any advice?

NOT WORTH 1 STAR.

Left ear phone stopped working after using it only a handful of times and not even for long periods at a time. I have only had them for 3months.

They advised that because I hadn’t purchased the “life-time guarantee” (which by the way was never a option given on the website throughout any of the purchase stages. Nor is it stated anywhere!) that I can’t have a refund because there is a 30day cooling down period - they should come with a guarantee in my opinion.

I have emailed back and forth and there has been nothing but an apology I haven’t been given to option to send them back to be fixed or even to pay for the guarantee at this moment so I can have them repaired.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Customer service is absolutely appalling!

If I could give zero it would be zero

If I could give zero it would be zero. Left ear phone has terrible quality, does even charge, they are a nightmare to charge.

Lastly one just randomly stopped working.

Pointless £30 wasted... don’t bother! Couldn’t even be bothered to chase a refund as their customer service is terrible.

This Is a total scam it doesn’t work…

This Is a total scam it doesn’t work and what’s more upsetting is that it was endorsed by Robert Kardashians baby mama on Instagram - now it will be hard for me to trust them this celebrity. Ig should really flag these adds so it doesn’t ruin other businesses who use the platform to sell.

Steer well clear

The initial purchase of the air buds seemed positive. They arrived and I used them right away - I thought they would be good for walking the dogs so I wasn’t getting tangled in the wires etc.

Now I never expected them to be the same quality as the apple version but I expected them to work after 3 uses. I’ve used them 3 times and one of the air buds stopped working completely. I then emailed the customer service team and got some advice on how to reset the air buds. I tried everything they told me to do and still no luck. I then messaged Erika (the advisor who had been helping me) and explained that none of the steps she told me had worked and would I be able to get a new pair of air buds as I didn’t want a refund I wanted to use them.

She then told me they were out of the 30 day warranty so I could not get a new pair nor a refund. Now I have only had the air buds for a couple of months and only used them 3 times so to me £30 is a lot for 3 uses. I did send an email back explaining this but I have had no response. I would expect these to work for at least 6 months for £30 but apparently not!

I would steer well clear of these because they are a complete and utter waste of £30!

Stay clear

Faulty from day 1, They delayed responding after several e-mails Which started the first day I received the item and then they said it was out of the 30 day warranty period.

DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND CARE LITTLE FOR CUSTOMER CARE

THEIR RESPONSE TO THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. THEY HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF THE PRODUCT CLEARLY SHOWING THAT THE BUDS DON’T WORK> THIS WAS ALL ABOUT DELAYING FOR 30 DAYS RATHER THAN ASSISTING WITH THE PROBLEM.

I SENT 6 E-MAILS ABOUT THIS INSIDE THE 30 DAYS. THEY HAVE ALL THE INFO THEY NEED.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. I ordered two pairs back in March or April. I didn’t receive them until a month later. Long story short, I accidentally deleted my email with my receipt from my purchase and they told me they can’t find my purchase and that multiple companies sell airbuds, I didn’t buy them from them. That’s a bunch of crap cuz that’s the exact site I visited. All I wanted was a replace my pair because my one pair doesn’t work.

Don’t buy Kendall Jenner advertised air buds!!!!

So I ordered these and it took over a month to arrive, tracking never worked just randomly arrived in my mail box. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A MANUAL. The dang things don’t work. It’s a SCAM do NOT buy these!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.
I am NEVER one to complain but this company is a joke! I ordered airbuds in April and on the 1st of May I finally got them after 3 weeks, one airbud would turn off everytime I turnt it on and showed up on my phone with a ! After it in red because it was clearly damaged and faulty. I sent proof of this ! Next to the airbud on 2 separate occasions and was told to return the airbuds and they will send out new pair. I said I didn’t want new pair as I didn’t want to wait 3 weeks to then receive faulty airbuds again. So he said I’m well in time for a refund because I had only had them a week. THAT WEEK I then took them back to the post office and sent them for 3-5 working day to the address I had been told to send too. After 3 weeks I heard nothing so I emailed them and they asked for receipt so I sent receipt and was sent back a confirmation of refund and told to expect it in 3-5 working days. 3 weeks on I still have no refund so I emailed again asking if it could be chased up. I have now been told my refund can’t be done because it’s past the 30 days. Which is there fault!! And even had 2 separate emails saying they’ve tracked my order and it’s on it’s way when I have no order to be tracked so it’s clearly some rubbish to shut people up if they are asking for updates on delivery. It’s clear the customer service don’t speak English it’s an absolute scam and I will be making sure nobody I know EVER orders from you. In the end I have wasted £40 due to money from sending the airbuds back too. A absolute joke. DO NOT ORDER!

Disgraceful product and service

Product didn't work to spec (difficult to pair and battery life was very limited). I returned for a refund and they have acknowledged receipt but will not provide my refund.
I will never buy from this company again.

The company acknowledged the return receipt of my product but still will not provide the refund. Their response is false.

Scam

I ordered a pair as a gift for Mother’s Day, and she still has not received them. Multiple emails to support with tracking info that I can only assume is fake? It’s a Chinese parcel service so the package had to have been transferred to a local delivery service (UPS, USPS, etc.), but they can’t seem to provide any updated tracking. They also won’t refund without first receiving a return, and since I have nothing to return, I feel as though I’ve been robbed. Even with expedited shipping, at least they only got ~$40. Scam.

If I could less than one star

If I could less than one star, I would. WORST customer service, refused package and still cannot get a refund because they say they have no proof. So unprofessional, don't do business here. I have been emailing them since dec 2019, and it’s been almost a year and haven’t gotten my refund. They do not care about their customers at all! They also replied in July saying they’ve been trying to get in contact with me, what a joke. I have several threads with their email support team asking them why I haven’t gotten my refund months later. They say they are in process of processing my refund and I still haven’t received my money back and it’s now October. This is a scam business! They should be shut down. I just want my money back for a defective product. They do NOT care about making things right.

*** SCAM!! Just like every other review says***
Like everyone else is saying, left bud wouldn’t work. Contacted company within 10 days to be told needed to send evidence. Sent evidence 2 Days later and no response. Chased up again this week - (3 weeks later as gave them time due to Covid) and now asking for evidence again. Sent more this time, we have a lot ..... now refusing to replace as over 30 days have passed since delivery! In short they send out products that don’t work and keep you waiting until 30days have passed as per their refund policy. I have all the emails to prove.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful service. Exactly the same emails and names that other people have said (kush, Clarissa, erika, lei) etc. Used the earbuds 3 times then the left earbud wouldn't work. It's been a month and a half now and still no replacement as stated. This was also within the 30days money back period. They wont give me a refund either. Everyone out there who have had the same service please, please post and repost. I would love to get this fake company closed to stop robbing thousands and thousands of people. They are £30 to buy, but if everyone is paying the same for cheap, damaged goods, they are making a killing from this scam. I'm absolutely fuming! It's not about the money it's about getting these con artists of the internet.

SCAM - Do not waste your money

I am so disappointed with my airbuds. I received my set back in May and contacted them a few days later as the airbuds wouldn’t always connect and don’t hold charge. I even sent a video to show what was wrong. I have emails from several people and even promised a replacement set. Still nothing has arrived and so on contacting them again I’m asked again for my order number as if they have no record of my previous correspondence!! I have emails from John, Nick, Eric, Jack, Clarissa......not even sure if these are real names!!

Seeing all these reviews makes me realise that this is a total scam and so please please avoid!!! I am usually very careful on where I buy from and thought I’d done the proper checks but obviously this one got through the net!!!

Horrible horrible horrible!!!

It took 3 months for it to finally get to me, and when it did it worked only twice, with it cutting out. Now it won't work and for some reason its in a different language. Waste. Of. Money.

Absolute TRASH!!

Absolute TRASH!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
I ordered these back in March, it took three months to get, which sucks but that couldnt be helped. They arrive and work one day only! The left doesn't connect anymore, doesn't charge, it's just worthless. PLEASE don't give them your business, spare yourself from the frustration and purchase something else!

RUBBISH Product and service

£29.99 and they feel cheap and plastic. You get what you pay for I suppose! But, not only that one of the Airbuds did not work out of the box (Airbuds would not charge).

After 15 emails of constantly being asked the same question:
"To help you further, could you please provide us with the following: * Your order number and / * tracking information (or send us a screenshot of the confirmation email you have received)"

No closer to refund / replacement

A lot of better alternatives out there - stay clear
