*** WARNING ***

If you see the aircard Ad on any social media platform my words of advice IGNORE. Don’t be tempted with buy 2 get 1 free offers or how low price they are because this is a scam.

Over 2 weeks wait for my purchase which never arrived, I go to track my purchase and after inputting my tracking number have to pay £1 and a £24.90 monthly subscription. My bank has today refunded me in full. My advise, avoid avoid avoid.

No product after a month

One star is generous, it should be zero.

I wish I’d seen this before I fell for the “buy 2 get one free” “deal”. A month and several emails later still no product. I’ve issued a final warning email and then, if nothing materialises I’ll be taking them to the small claims court to recover my money, and get trading standards involved. I was just going to get my bank to refund me but given how many people they’ve conned with this they’re getting the big guns.

Total scam - feel like an idiot..

As others have said, ordered buy 2 get 1 free. Only 2 turned up (eventually) and neither would connect with my Apple Find My app. Tried to contact for help/return - nothing/nil/nada/zip.. Paid by credit card so been on to them to report it as a scam/fraud and hoping to get a chargeback authorised.

One worked one didn’t 50% failure !

Bought two aircards “ Loshall” one worked one didn’t , terms and conditions say items must be returned within two days of delivery , what a joke . I gave one to my daughter for her birthday 5 days after delivery and so Aircard won’t replace the faulty one !,

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't buy from this drop ship company!!!
They do not send the "free" card and they are cheap alternatives and are nothing like what they say.
It says 1.8mm thick they are actually 3.9mm thick so not fit for purpose.

They don't answer emails, not even 1 reply.
Bank have now refunded my money.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

UPDATE!!!!!
They disputed my claim due to not asking for a refund within 2 days, I have proven I asked for a refund with 4 hours of delivery. My bank has confirmed I now have a permanent refund.
Don't give up if they fight your case!!!!!!

P.S. I see the website does not exist anymore so can't scam anyone else thankfully.

Beware!!!!

There seems to be theme here as I also ordered the 3 for 2 deal and after 3 weeks had two aircards turn up that are not compatible with Android as promised on their site.
Don't answer to messages
Scam.
If you read their terms of service on the website it kinda gives you the idea of how these people operate.
Shame I didn't read them earlier.

This product isn't what it is advertised to be.

Spotted an advert on Facebook for the Aircard. Ordered the buy two get one free deal along with the wireless charger.

Received my delivery yesterday in two separate parcels. The first parcel was the Aircards but only two received instead of the three advertised. The second parcel was the wireless charged which bears no resemblance to the one advertised.

The packaging on each card states Loshall card and all the instructions on the box and the instructions only relate to setting up for an Apple device. I checked Google and Loshall cards are only compatible with Apple devices so the advert is falsely stating that the Aircards are compatible with Android devices.

I've sent an email querying the missing card but have yet to receive a reply but then again I doubt they will reply as this looks like a complete scam.

My advice is DO NOT buy from this company. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid. Cheap temu products delivered

Avoid, this maybe a drop shop scam. Ordered the buy two get one free deal, however, only two turned up. The ones that arrived are much thicker than the ones shown on the website and look like something you would get a lot cheaper on Temu. I have tried to contact the support team on a number of times but no reply

RIP off site, stay well clear!

Ordered the buy 2 get 1 free offer along with 2 chargers. Only 2 cards arrived and they are not 1.8mm thick, they are 3mm thick. Chargers don’t look anything like ones advertised, about twice the size of those shown on they’re Instagram ad.
Have tried contacting several times but get no replies to messages. It is a Scam.

It's a scam.

Fooled into buying a card before noticing the website has very vague information about the "company". Website was registered a month ago yet they have an "anniversary deal". Wish I'd been more vigilant. Ignored email and haven't sent anything. Only received original email saying the item would be delivered but without a date.
