While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. lack of transparency. USE AIRHELP BETTER

A year has passed, they got me compensation for my ticket, commission and tax were paid and I don't know anything about the compensation for the ticket of my husband and my children, I think they kept that money, I never heard from them again and just justify with covid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR LACK OF TRANSPARENCY, never a document that shows me the money that the airline compensated us for the delay, AC42901

This company has been dissolved…

This company has been dissolved according to Company House UK in 11 June 2019 and yet it has a website that claims it can pay your flight compensation. They have actually pocketed the compensation paid on my behalf and closed shop without paying me the compensation. DO NOT USE!

I put in a claim 5 years ago

I put in a claim 5 years ago. Contacted them a year later for an update and they said that EasyJet are some of the hardest to claim from, so it will take some time which was understandable. 5 years on and and still no successful claim or communication from this company, despite providing concrete evidence for which should have been a very straightforward claim. The last 4 requests for updates have been ignored. I've tried multiple ways of contacting them and had not even had an auto response back. Do yourself a favour and try to claim this back yourself, or find a different company. Lesson learnt on my part.
