A year has passed, they got me compensation for my ticket, commission and tax were paid and I don't know anything about the compensation for the ticket of my husband and my children, I think they kept that money, I never heard from them again and just justify with covid. This company has been dissolved according to Company House UK in 11 June 2019 and yet it has a website that claims it can pay your flight compensation. They have actually pocketed the compensation paid on my behalf and closed shop without paying me the compensation. DO NOT USE!
I put in a claim 5 years ago. Contacted them a year later for an update and they said that EasyJet are some of the hardest to claim from, so it will take some time which was understandable. 5 years on and and still no successful claim or communication from this company, despite providing concrete evidence for which should have been a very straightforward claim. The last 4 requests for updates have been ignored. I've tried multiple ways of contacting them and had not even had an auto response back. Do yourself a favour and try to claim this back yourself, or find a different company. Lesson learnt on my part.
