Ordering by mistake

The ordering system was clear, but unfortunately I did not realise I had ordered too many of the item (humidifyer) by mistake, I emailed this and got replies, but needed to telephone to explain my problem

The customer support has been very…

The customer support has been very quick and helpful. The website itself was a little difficult. Which is why I originally purchased the three additional units. And there wasn't a time where I understood to go back and dismiss those items while purchasing.

Product was misleading. Not a humidifier, but a tiny aroma difuser.

Product was misleading. The product information said it was the top of the line humidifier. I purchased 4 to get a better price and was giving 2 to my sister. We need humidifiers for health reasons, not aroma diffusers. True humidifiers have larger tanks, holding at least a half-gallon, and adds moisture to the air to improve breathing and dry air issues. The tiny diffusers that I received will not change a rooms humidity level, but will only add scent to the air. The photos you showed were misleading and don't look anything like what I received. These fit in the palm of my hand. I did not open or use these, and I am requesting a full refund.

It is a pleasure to let you know that…you suck

It is a pleasure to let you know that in 76 years off life you are the worst company I have ever,ever ,dealt with. My attempt to receive the correct single room Humidifier or return my money has been digusting,inefficient and a rip off. As it stands I have paid over $90.00 for a $15.00 herbal diffuser. How do stay is business? I do not appreciate being ripped off , especially by Mr.and Mrs. AI.
I am still working on a way to cause you misery. If you could only have the guts to contact me personally. What a bunch of losers.

I was disappointed at how small the units are. There were no size specs on the order page. The of the units are working fine, but the fourth one won’t produce steam. Also, you need to hit the power button several times before it turns on (lights only, no steam).

This company operates under two…BAD EXPERIENCE

This company operates under two different names: TOPOSHOPO and CLAIRU. I’ve had a long and difficult experience with them. I’m hoping to receive ONE HUMIDIFER, but they’ve put three charges on my credit card. 9 pm now a third name has been added “Auclairu”

Products were not what was advertised

The products received were not what was advertised. I could get the same product at the dollar store. I paid so much money for a promise that was not given. Customer service is good though.
