these people are scammers! I ordered a pair of Airconics'23 and received a bowtie. They are AliExpress and I am now in the process of trying to get my money back. I was given 3 different tracking numbers which they cancelled on their end. I was given excuses saying my order will be there in a week and that's when I received a bowtie. I am now going through PayPal for a refund.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did! Branding looks high end and legitimate and I fell for it. Boots weren’t shipped for weeks - then receive an email saying they’re out of stock and to choose another colour. Those didn’t arrive for weeks either and when they did they weren’t even in a box. No air cloudies branding, Chinese writing all over them, absolutely rubbish quality and the wrong size! Customer services wouldn’t reply to me so I had to claim a charge back through my bank. Avoid!
Was marketed as a USA company, but these came from China with a weird patch on the side in another language. The sole is a chunk of hard un-bendable plastic. Trying to return, but no reply. Should have read these reviews first!
Terrible quality product so I have tried to contact them multiple times to find out how to return but no response whatsoever.

Really happy with these I was sceptical as on Facebook lots of people were saying it’s a scam I can confirm I got given mine for my birthday. It is not a scam. I am in the UK. It took three weeks for them to come but they are everything I hope they would be.

Placed the order early December for a Christmas present. Its 4/01/23 today and I still have not received my order, instead I received an email stating to rate the product which was delivered 14 days ago.
Very disappointed, I hope they refund the money.
