Cancelled my booking

Cancelled my booking
With NO NOTIFICATION! They completely stopped responding to me after talking to them consistently over a week. I’m so frustrated as I have family and friends in town ready for a relaxing weekend. It’s unprofessional and completely scammy!

Worst rental stay ever.

This was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The AirConcierge property had major issues from the moment we arrived. A room couldn’t be used at all because it was full of ants. Multiple toilets did not work, and at one point neighboring property occupants actually came into the house which is quite unbelievable and unsafe. Additionally, the power also went out.

I had/have reached out to AirConcierge multiple times regarding the above issues and have not received any sort of action or refund.

Again, AirConcierge did not handle these problems well, and I left extremely disappointed. At this point, I wouldn’t book with them again and strongly recommend future guests to not as well.

Worst Airbnb management experience possible

I started to work with this company to rent out my second home. It took them a week to get back to me typically and they were really rude when I spoke to them. I actually travelled out to my property to prepare it and notified them ahead of time that I would be there and have questions and they basically ghosted me (didn’t respond to multiple calls/emails) while I was out there. I ended up contacting some ”co-hosts” via Airbnb’s website and the difference was like night and day. They responded promptly and had specific advice beyond what they sent in a boilerplate series of 10 emails on how to prepare the place. Overall, a very poor experience. If you are looking for someone to manage your property, go with someone else.

This is a terrible management company

This is a terrible management company. The fees are higher than most but they promised more services, check out after every guest, expert cleaning, attention to detail, adding 'lifestyle' photos to my listing, etc. They did none of this.
The local manager sent an email ' I try to go about every 6 weeks or so'.
A guest checked in and the house wasn't cleaned. I had to take over management of the cleaning. And they still tried to keep the rental cleaning fees with the excuse 'understand we are a small company and mistakes can happen' but it kept happening multiple months.
Then they started taking 22% of the pet deposit which goes to the cleaners for the extra cleaning required after a pet stays at the property.
Save money and stress and choose a different management company
