Stupidest worst airline in the world!
This company lost my bag in July this year and it still hasn't been returned to me.
My bag was lost on a flight from corsica to lyon on 12th july.
I lodged a lost baggage declaration with Dirby baggage who look after their bags. Despite repeated requests on their online system I heard nothing from them since 25th july.
I then lodged a complaint on Air Corsicas own online system and have had little or no progress with them.
They say that the bag was sent to dublin 19th August and I was told by lyon airport staff. I had no contact from lyon airport staff at all.
All my attempts to locate my bag have failed due to incompetence on their part. This is without a doubt one of the poorest companies to deal with. They have no way of calling them and they take weeks to reply on their own platform. Their own correspondence ignores requests and nonsensical.
More than 1 hour on hold while trying to get the answer to a simple question 😞
Damaged luggage and they ignore my claim and don't even respond to emails. Horrible way to treat customers!
Flew from Rome to Bastia. 1 hr flight. 3 suitcase out of 7 stayed in Rome.
Noone to to talk to in aircorsica. The numbers you get are either disconnected or you stay on line for 30 min and then the line cuts by itself. No answer to any mail. A couple of email adresses that I found on their website are not even connected.
My luggages have airtag and I know exactly where they are, but if there is no one to talk to that doesn' t help.
They ruin my holiday and there is NO ONE to speak to.
Shame on them and shame on airfrance
I am beyond insults... I hope they go bust or at least that they get lost with my suitcase.
Four return flights from Stanstead to Figari 08/08/2020 with return flights. All flights cancelled by Air Corsica. After a drawn-out process they created to claim reimbursement, I have just been informed the 'claim' has been refused 05/10/2020. No reason given. They eventually did pay a refund but neglected to inform me of this. My advice to anyone considering flying to Corsica, if your itinerary is changed or you need to talk to a representative. Good luck.
Staff not very polite, was queuing to pass to bathrooms, they were serving drinks, a mother with two small children was behind me, I asked politely to let us pass as the youngest started crying due to need to use bathroom and they said, don't you see we are busy, I waited patiently another couple of minutes and insisted we pass, they let us reluctantly, on the way back I had to stand behind the trolley and them and advance slowly for 15 minutes until they let me get back to my seat, I have never ever seen this, I did not mind waiting but they were serving and had to manoeuvre around me which was even dangerous, they completely ignored me standing there and when I asked who is the chef de cabine, they refused to tell me until I raised my voice, then I got to my seat, I talked to the lady chef de cabinet and she went to talk to them, she behaved professionally and assured me the staff in question were really nice otherwise, I said fine, end of story. Now I receive an email from AirCorsica- not to say they are sorry but to threaten me and call my behaviour rude and how they will refuse me access to their planes, as if I ever would take Air Corsica again, this is mind boggling. I have never experienced this on any other airline and I travel plenty and never had an argument with a staff member before, this was extremely rude and unprofessional.
