I would 100% avoid this company. It is a scam company and they cancelled your flight reservation with no email correspondence. Spoke to their agent and they try to charge you double your initial booking. They are not governed by ATOL either.

We got an amazing price from this website for our flights to the US. The customer service was very helpful. Catherine helped me to solve the problem I had related to the invoice.

I went through skyscanner to airfare network put in my details but couldn't see that they were atol protected so did not carry on to payment but shortly afterwards received a oversees number call telling me they have taken a fee from my account I clarified with the person on the phone that I did not authorised any payment but you took money from my account so be aware without authorising if you put any card details in they will take money out please be warned I can't believe they are on skyscanner uk

I was looking for flights on skyscanner, I put in all my details with aifare network on skyscanner. I didn't pay because I couldn't see an atol protected logo, so went off the site and thought nothing of it...until today I got a call from airfare network from their agent asking if I wanted to book.They took out £2.35 from my card without my permission, justifying it by saying they were checking my card.I've asked for the money back..and cancelled my card.I can't believe they had the ordacity to withdraw money from a card I didn't press pay on...and just details in...totally unbelievable am glad I didn't book through them..They even sent me an email asking if i still wanted to book.I said definitely not and demanded my £2.35 back...This company has scam agents,rude and pushy...stay away!

Awful experience. They don’t tell you about the hidden fees when you book. And then try and negotiate different prices for luggage and connection flights over the phone. They refuse to cancel booking request and are extremely rude. Do not use!

They sell you cheap ticket . When you want to make changes the comes up with ridiculous prices. If you decide to cancel you’ll never get back your refund.

Hi All - I have found the owners of this company and the parent company FAREGEEK on Companies house - look them up. They have loads of companies in their name which are in red.

I apparently made a major error with my initial booking through Airfare. I contacted them via email and received a quick email response. By the following day I was panicking so I called their customer service line. The matter was dealt with swiftly, politely and effectively. Very happy with their customer service. I'll be even happier if my flight goes ahead without issue, but thus far I have been highly satisfied with their service.

Has not refunded my ticket despite having had the refund from Etihad for over 45 days. I am initiating legal action.

I bought my ticket and then contacted them to change the itinerary a few weeks before the flight day. Never got a reply even after a few chases. Considering I didn't use all the flights on the outbound journey, all my flights on the inbound journey were cancelled by the airline. This could have been avoided if they give the attention I needed with the change of itinerary.
What is worst about them is that no one will ever answer the phone. If you create a ticket you might be answered if upselling is involved.

Isn’t it strange how all the 5 star reviews are invited, and the 1 star reviews are from real frustrated customers who have done more than just book?!
In my view this US based company is less than honest and best avoided. When flights had to be cancelled last year due to the pandemic they sneakily applied to the airline for a refund but didn’t communicate that to me, or proactively pass on the refund! Did they think they could just keep the money?
I had to fight very hard to get my refund, which I now have, but probably only due to the interventions of both Skyscanner and Amex. I have suggested to Skyscanner that due to the number of complaints on this site that AFN should be dropped from their searches.
I know the pandemic has been tough for the travel industry but there is no place for dishonest business practices or non existent customer service. Other reliable Online Travel Agents are still available, or maybe go direct to the airline till things settle down a bit. Needless to say I will never use Airfare Network again.

I will continue to write these reviews until I receive my refund or this company is out of business as they are crooks and will take your money and RUN, I still have not received my refund and now no answer to my emails at all. Anyone who says the have had a good experience with this company or Roderick are lying. yes, I said it, bunch of liars and crooks

I would not book through them. I had to book a flight for my father's funeral and they hadn't issued my ticket in time for me to board. I tried calling them, no answer. So I had to book a new flight directly with the airlines. While I was leaving the gate (on the plane) I got an email with my issued e-ticket. Not sure how they thought I'd be able to get through security and to my flight in time while my plane was already leaving the gate...

I emailed about 10 times asking for a refund and cancellation without answer. I spent 2 hours on hold without an answer (while going through my father's funeral and trying to be there for my mom and family).
I finally had to raise 5 new email tickets with them, found their ticketing system and turned all requests to URGENT in order for them to finally get back to me.
They said they would issue my refund, and I am still waiting for this a month and a half later.

Their customer service was poor, their service was poor and you might not get your ticket issued in time for you to make your flight - and you also might not be issued a refund as I'm still waiting for mine.

I booked a flight through an outside travel marketplace company and ended up with AirfareNetwork as the cheapest option. It was a pretty last minute trip from the UK to the US for my husband to be with his ill grandfather. I used a credit card in my name, but booked for my husband, so I had to verify that it was an above the board transaction. Roderick emailed me asking for the required information, and was very quick to respond. When we needed to bump my husband's flight one day out due to his grandfather's funeral, Roderick was quick to respond and help me do this. My husband was on the phone for over an hour and 45 minutes the previous day with the airline and could never get through. I am very pleased with the level of service Roderick provided.

Would not refund cancelled flight money. Did credit card chargeback instead. Had to get the money that way. Con merchants.

Never use this company. They are dishonest, they owe my son money of nearly £1000. They fob you off with lies. We are in the process of using the ombudsman.If any one know where the head of this company lives please let me know

They don't answer phones or emails! Can't redeem vouchers through them as well. Their travel insurance means nothing
