TO AVOID LIKE PLAGUE !!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER

I HAVE BOOKED MY FLIGHT ON JUNE, I PAID. WHEN I HAVE CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER, I NOTICED THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN. I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND WITH A BANK SCREEN SHOT AND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL I PROOVED THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN MORE AND THEN ASK FOR A REFUND + SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION. NOW, SEPTEMBER 2014, I CALL THEM EVERYDAY, SAME STORY WITH THEIR ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT, NOBODY KNOWS, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO ADDRESS, NOTHING. I AM SO UPSET, BUT I WONT LET THEM GO. FIGHT, DONT GIVE UP AND MOST OF EVERYTHING DONT BUY ON THE WEB SITE !!!
AVOID LIKE PLAGUE ! I HAVE INFORMED ALL MY FRIEND IN THE UK, IN GERMANY, IN CHINA AND EVEN IN TOGO : DO NOT USE AIR FAST TICKET!!!

Not worth to book from this web site

Don't make reservations from this website. They are not helpful in changing the plans and customer service is very bad. I would like to give 0 rating but it is not available.

Scam! Stay away from them!!!

I booked my tickets couple of weeks ago on this website and everything went smoothly that time but two days later I received an email saying the booking has been cancelled without any mention of the reason. I panicked and rang them more than three times but they never picked up the phone. (30 minutes on hold each time!) Then I sent an email but never received a reply. Furthermore, the total cost of the ticket on the last page of the booking says 474 pounds but I've actually been charged 14 pounds more than that! They refunded my money ten days later but not in full - it's been more than 20 days now and I'm still waiting on my full refund. Don't ever use this company!!

Greetings from Greece- another pissed costumer

I am a Greek and the few times that I tried to buy tickets from airfasttickets.gr, I had the worst experience of my life. Companies like this, derive from the rotten Greek political system, corrupt Greek justice and so on. If only some authority in Greece was trying to hear the zillion complaints of the Greek customers, nothing of these would ever happen.

The truth about Airfasttickets

I have written another review about this company, which was removed because it apparently fell foul of Trustpilot's guidelines. Let me try again and I would urge anyone who is thinking of booking with this company to read it very carefully as I am trying to be as anti-inflammatory as possible, in case of further censoreship and removal. I booked a flight to Dubai and paid £500.35. Next day I was informed the booking was cancelled and I would receive a refund within 7-10 days. That was five weeks ago and I have not received my money back. Now keep the above story in mind and search Trust pilot for all the other reviews about this company.

No Problems

I have now bought tickets twice with this company and flights booked within minutes. saved over £50 by using them, Well satisfied with them. Would use again without hesitation.

Scam

The same thing happened to me that happened to everybody. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and my local news station. My bank is already investigating them. They charged me twice claim they can't find me. Don't speak English. It's a scam. 100% don't buy tickets from this website.

Fraud Scam!!!!

I have been looking at flight tickets for over a month now, I finally came up with the money to order them so today I did and once I did I got a confirmation email everything seemed ligite and then a couple mins late I received a Cancelation email, but by that time the money had been taken out of my acct I lost over 500 $ im soo upset and these people deserve the worst to happen to them! I called customer service and I was on hold for over an hour... I called my bank and filled a claim, I will not have somebody steal my money like if it was candy I am beyond pissed and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else !!

This is not a real company. BEWARE OF SCAM

My wife and I had the exact same experience many people here are posting. They will immediately send you a notification of cancellation of your flight within a day or so and they will absolutely refuse to refund your money. They have immigrants in their call center who can barely speak English and they'll tell you some bull about it taking 7-10 business days to refund your money (wtf???). If you press them hard enough, you'll see they don't have the faintest clue what they're talking about. The one my wife spoke with told her she'd "talk to her boss" about it, yet she wouldn't let my wife speak with her boss. Luckily our credit card company got our money back and is currently investigating them. There is no legitimacy to this company whatsoever. Stay away.

A fraud and a scam, simple as that

These guys are a SCAM!!! Be aware and avoid them!!!
Bought tickets, got hem canceled for no apparent reason the day after the tickets were purchased. My credit card was charged!!! You call their phone number and only get a machine to answer!!!
I should have read the stories written all over the internet about these guys first. Same pattern for everybody, same scam!!!
I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card and will not waste my time any other single minute talking to them.
Please please please, be aware and never ever buy anything from these fraudulent guys!!!!

Charged in American Dollars

I am Canadian. No where on the website when purchasing my ticket did it say that the ticket will be charged in American Dollars. I am very disappointed by this service. It is misleading and I am very frustrated by their sneaky behaviour.

They did however get back to me right away, and explained that this is written in the Terms and Conditions section.

I would say you are better off to use EXPEDIA or a REAL AIRLINE WEBSITES because it comes out to be the exact same price but you will save some state of mind knowing exactly what you are getting yourself into.

You have the worst customer service and business operations of all travel sites on the internet. First off, I was notified over 9 hours later that my ticket purchase didn't go through, this never happens with other sites. Every option aside from "purchase a new flight" and "cruises", hung up when I called in to try to address this. I called on multiple phones and at different hours of the day, so I know it wasn't my phone line. Now I wouldn't of had a problem, had I been able to get through, but the "cruises" line said the sales office was closed and the "airline sales" line had me on hold for approximately 30 minutes on 3 occasions. These called were made in the morning and early afternoon. My credit card had a pending charge, so I even called the New York number that was posted in my credit card statement and had no luck there either. I ended up havering to purchase repurchase my flights through CheapOAir.com and had to pay $80 more than I would have for the same flights had I purchased them the night before. Going nowhere!

I should have realised there would be problems after reading the other reviews on this site but alas it was too late I was crazy enough to have already parted with my money!
Following what seems quite usual I did not receive an email within 24 hours as was stated but ended up having to ring them after 26 hours. They appeared quite clueless and after being kept on hold twice the response was of course there were no tickets available and the booking was cancelled. I was informed my money will be returned to my account within 7 to 10 working days I did question why it took so long but was told it was company policy- amazing they managed to take the money from my account immediately on booking and charge in Euros!
I am usually careful when booking flights and have never come across this issue before it needs to be stopped before others fall into this trap. I await the money being returned as promised and if there are any problems I will not hesitate to contact a popular consumer programme to inform them of this company and encourage others to do the same to hopefully put a stop to this practice!

flight canceled due to "long name"

booked a flight for two persons from Munich to Brussels. After no confirmation email for 24 hours and 30+ minutes waiting in the hotline I was told that apparently one name was too long and exceeded the maximum amount of characters of brussels airlines --> Flight was canceld, I received the cancelation email.
I called the airline, they told me the max. amount is 29 characters for the name field, which is more than double the amount of characters in the actual name. The airline is not possible to offer me the promised price from Airfasttickets.
Bad excuse for not being able to guarantee the low price.

Beware of extra costs in "no extra costs" prices

I booked a ticket with AIRFAST TICKETS for LHR-ATH return last month. This, according to the confirmation I received before travelling, included one piece of checked luggage.
Problem is, when I tried to check in on the return journey from Athens, the airline (Olympic) demanded 45 euro for he same piece of luggage.
On return, I contacted AIRFAST, who told me that, indeed, the luggage was included on the outward journey. As they did not specifically state that this was included on the return, they were not responsible for want the airlines charged.
I understand, having contacted Trading Standards that they are in breach of contract with this (it is a fair assumption that the same T&C apply on both legs of a trip unless specified).
So, they are, indeed, a "legitimate" company, in that they have been trading for a few years. They are, however, dodgy in that their charges are not as shown. The main concern is: BEWARE NOT TO BE STRANDED IN A FOREIGHN AIRPORT HAVING TO PAY MONEY YOU MAY NOT HAVE TO CHECK IN THE BAG YOU HAVE THOUGHT YOU HAVE PAID FOR.

SCAM!

Terrible company. I had to cancel my tickets and this company has been giving me the run around for two months regarding my refund. The "customer service" representatives always have a different story as to when the money will be returned, and we've passed several of their "promised" deadlines. Unbelievable. I'm so disgusted. I've lost over $1,000. I'm tired of these scammers stealing money from innocent people around the world! Even more disgusted that they have an office in New York!!

a good experience

I recently needed to book tickets on the same day of travel from Birmingham to Beijing. I queried airfast and they told me that should be OK. After I got my visa, I booked my tickets on their websites. Within a minute, I got an e-mail from them with the e-tickets. I was then able to check in online with the airline few minutes later. I got my boarding passes within 30 minutes. I was on the plane 5 hours later, no problems what so ever. Will use them again as the price is the cheapest I could find.
