I placed an order on 14 February 2026. I tried to contact the business multiple times by phone and email regarding a delay in dispatch, but received no response.
On 20 February, I finally reached them and requested to cancel the order due to their lack of communication and delay, but they said it had already been dispatched. The item was later returned to the seller.
When I escalated the issue to the manager, I received an unprofessional response, being told the situation was entirely my fault and that they had no fault, even though for six days they were unaware my order had been placed. During the call, my phone was abruptly disconnected.
The business is now attempting to charge me for shipping costs despite the cancellation being made before I was informed of dispatch.
I do not recommend this business due to poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and unfair handling of cancellations.
