Ordered the Red Arrows Eclat jacket in XL, Red Arrows T in XL.

T Shirt was spot on.
Jacket sizing was way off. Miles too small. Trying to get hold of Customer Service to sort out is a nightmare. No phone number just emailed form.

Delivery on the slow side also.

I ordered a NASA hooded sweatshirt for my 9 year old nephew in the UK (I live in Australia). I found the website straightforward to navigate. The item was in stock in a range of sizes and reasonably priced. It was ordered on the Wednesday 3rd of August, shipped on the 8th and arrived on the 11th. The quality, colouring and fit were all excellent and he is delighted with it.

When the item i ordered was not available Customer Service staff went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the outcome- massive kudos, and thanks.

I had been looking for a cool nasa hoodie for a while but they were all around £35. Came across this shop online selling the same hoodies for £13! Took a few days for delivery but they kept me up to date when it dispatched. So happy with product, definitely recommend taking a look at their shop before going to amazon etc.

I was really pleased with the RAF Red Arrows logo hoodie I purchased recently. The original had to be returned due to a missing letter in one of the words, but the refund came through quickly and without any problems. The replacement was great and the service A1.
