Same as what Kenny said, an aa customer experience but its SCAM!

Please dont make the same mistake as all the others here.
Terrible service? NO service you mean. We want to return the product but the refuse to take it back, discounts and all, WE DONT WANT YOUR PRODUCT!

We dont get any answer anymore, we simply asked for the return address but it seems that is non existing.

Known aa Aerofry and recommended by sponsered linked revuew site. It is a SCAM!

Delivery company says it tried to deliver, made no contact and said it lost package. Meanwhile Paddy said it will be delivered soon and kept promising.

When I wanted a refund it went all quiet until Klarna intervened. To add insult to injury Paddy duly replied and said it was deducting 40 pounds in accordance with its policy.

So i am hit with a charge for a non existent air fryer which has caused undue stress and duress.

Should have researched before being duped by some "recommendation" site. Seems it is is a hoax to try and get you to buy from this cowboy company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I purchased an air fryer and decided to cancel the order next day. I contacted them and was told couldn’t cancel as already dispatched(fair enough) I asked if I could return straight away (90 day returns stated on their website) they said yes, I asked for the address to return address and over 20 emails later I keep getting the same pre generated email from PADDY saying the return is to China which is very expensive and 10% will be deducted for initial delivery. That’s fine and I keep asking for delivery address and keep getting the same reply. The more I have now looked into this company they are a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased a 7L Black Tower Air fryer about 6 months ago. Within a few weeks the silicone buffer feet on the tray fell apart. Went on their website and it was an absolute nightmare trying to get these feet (product still under warranty). Finally got them 3 months later no notification!
Now the interior light as gone out - can I get one? NO CHANCE!
I will not be purchasing anything else made by Black Tower! Useless customer service, very poor communication....and getting spares...pheeew!!

I am truly happy I picked this up over the holidays. It makes for quick and easy cooking. I love the dessert recipes they have on their website as well. I am always getting Churros when I go to Costco or Sam's club but now I can cook up some of my own.
