Five-Star Customer Service and Excellent Engineering work
The work was scheduled for first thing in the morning, but due to bad weather conditions the engineers were delayed. I contacted the company and the lovely receptionist, Lorna, was absolutely fantastic. She kept me fully informed at all times with updates on the engineers’ ETA and whereabouts, which really put my mind at ease.
When the engineers arrived, Jack and Lewis were very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They apologised for the delay, which was completely understandable as it was beyond their control. They took the time to explain how the air-conditioning unit works, tested it thoroughly, and showed me how to use it properly for the best results.
Once again, hats off to the whole team for delivering outstanding five-star customer service — especially Lorna at reception, and the excellent engineers Jack and Lewis.
