Just got back from a cruise on Queen Anne. Airlynx worked perfect for us. Driver told us where to park then pulled the minibus close to the car and helped to transfer our cases. At the terminal he dropped us a few yards away and directed us to the luggage drop off. On return we had a number to ring but he was already there waiting for us. Dropped us off near our car and helped to tranfer our bags.

Embarking on our inaugural cruise, we were uncertain about the valet parking process at the terminal. With no available slots, we opted for Airlynx’s offsite parking.If given the opportunity again, Airlynx would be our top choice without a doubt. Instead of leaving your vehicle at the terminal, you drive a short distance to their location, about 10-15 minutes away. They provide convenient minibus shuttles to transport you directly to and from the terminal, alleviating any burden of carrying heavy bags.The cars are stored in a secure area, and the minibus drivers are friendly and efficient, ensuring no delays. The standout feature for us was being able to keep our car keys, removing any concerns about potential damage or unauthorized use of our vehicle during our absence.Truly an outstanding experience and highly recommended.

After seeing the exorbitant cost of the parking offered in the port itself, I took a gamble and booked Airlynx at just over half the price. Overall, I'd say it was better than using the meet and greet services.

Firstly, we drove to the carpark without needing to enter the centre of Southampton and its notorious traffic. You'll need satnav to get there as its down a couple of side streets, but no arrival at the carpark we found them waiting for us. They directed us to the spot where we should leave the car.

We parked and waited with our car for a couple of minutes. They drove us straight to the terminal. No queuing to get your car checked in and you get to keep the keys.

Coming home, we called the number as instructed and were told where we'd need to meet the bus. We got there and it was already waiting. They loaded our cases and we left straight away, returning directly to the carpark and we were dropped off at the boot of our car.

The carpark itself is gravel, but the area seems secure with lights, several cameras and really sturdy railings. People were helpful and the whole thing was fuss free.

Wouldn't hesitate to use this service again. Quicker than CPS, easier than CPS and about 60% of the cost.

I have to say it was perfect to been greeted by a friendly man then straight on to mini bus to cruise ship. on return you make a phone call when you pick up luggage and straight to mini bus waiting.
Keep keys and car secure will definitely use again and recommend.

This was our first cruise and we weren't sure of how things worked at the terminal regarding valet parking. By the time I went to book, everything was full so I booked with Airlynx who run an offsite facility.

Given the choice again, I would use Airlynx over the other services without any hesitation. Although you drive to their site, rather than leave your car at the terminal, the site is a 10-15 minute ride from the terminal and mini buses are provided to take you there and back. They pick you up and drop you off right next to your car and the terminal entrance so there is no lugging of heavy luggage at any point.

Cars are parked in a secure compound. The minibus drivers were pleasant and helpful and there was no waiting around at all. Excellent service.

But - for us - the best thing about the whole experience was that we took our car keys with us so there was no worry about the car being damaged in-transit or rogue attendants using it for joyrides.

Highly recommended.
