Airpark Murcia

Airpark Murcia, having been using them for years I can highly recommend them. Very professional. friendly service, competitively priced. Very helpful and looks after our car very well between trips.

I would have given a 0 star if…

I would have given a 0 star if possible. DO NOT DEAL with Airpark Murcia. They brought my car to Murcia airport in a filthy condition. They left it unlocked so the valuables in it could have been stolen and the fob - that was working when I left it with them - was no longer working. After contacting them I received a response from some cowboy called Marc who basically tried to bully and dismiss me completely. They are totally unprofessional and in my opinion, little more than crooks. I have asked to terminate the agreement and get my money back and they refuse to answer me, so basically they are thieves as well.

I would like to give you some background on Airpark Murcia, I was part of this company originally, I set up as a 50% partner, but for the first 18 months my Partner David Farrer conned me out of £12600, I decided to return to England through ill health and lack of funds, this person is an ex policeman, which helped me to decide to set up with him. While living on Spain, a few things came to the surface, he apparently conned another couple in Los Alcazares, a family member regularly took customers cars to pick up his drugs, and managed to damage a few cars, and used them for personal use. There was no morals with them, I intended to take them to court when I got back to blighty, but unfortunately finances were stretched, and couldn't pursue it, but I will continue to harass him. Imagine how much he owes me with accrued interest. I have loads of facts about the owner and company, I don't know if this helps but it certainly helped me.

Absolute Garbage DO NOT leave your car…

Absolute Garbage DO NOT leave your car with this company at any cost. They charged me 1,500 euro's for a new clutch, doubtful this work was carried out and if so it cetainly was not to my satisfaction, parts were missing seats were stained the interior of the car looked like a garbage bin had been upturned in it and I have the photo's to prove it. My vehicle was returned to us with the petrol light on when it had been left with them with a three quater tank of petrol. This company charge you 50 euro for anything they do for your car, on top of their charges for the year, which is not cheap. Recently they have now started charging for early and late pick ups drop off's at 30 euros a time. They are not up front with the people that use them. I would not leave any vehicle in their care as all they are after is your money. I cancelled my contract with them and was returned 47 euro for the two months outstanding on my contract with them, although I had to request this several times. I was told they used a garage for work undertaken but when I looked into this they were using a mobile mechnic who had wrote out my factura ie itemised bill for work undertaken, this was not even tallied up correctly. I was made to pay the money direct to Airparks and not the garage. I have requested several times now to be sent a formal complaint form as is the law in Spain I have still not recieved this. All the company want to say is that my complaint is against the garage although I pointed out that I had paid them direct to I was holding them accountable as they booked a mechanic to do the work. The car was driven from Alicante airport to Corvera some 40 minutes drive by one of their staff without a problem. However 4 days before we were due to fly out we were informed the car needed a new clutch if this was the case why was this not stated when they parked the car up and not leave it until they knew we had no option but to pay the money as all our flights etc had been paid for. I would not give this company one star but have had to, to enable to leave this review. Please be aware if you leave your car in this companies care you will pay dearly. After covid they chatged me 200 euro's for a new battery, yet on my itemised bill this time they said that they had fit a new battery at a cost of 50 euro's. The car only recently had a new battery so why would it need a new one so soon. I could go on and on but I am 1,500 euros out of pocket my car has been devalued by their care and I would not trust this company.

Returned my car with almost 35km of use…

Returned my car with almost 35km of use and engine
overheated. I got less than 5 km from the airport before the car broke down and I had to be recovered !!!I have owned this car for 12 years without problem and it is regularly checked by me.
