I can only follow all the bad reviews in here. Scam website. Trying to book with airaisia. First website that comes up is airpaz. Charched 25$ insted of 12$ at the real airasia website. In the end it's charging a fee of 50$ to pay with credit card.

as a regular customer, this experience disappointed me beyond what you could imagine. I'm not one that would usually write reviews, let alone a complaint but this is unacceptable and I wish no one would have to go through the same thing I went through. the first warning was when I tried to book tickets with MY phone, it kept cancelling AFTER the payment and saying that the booking was unsuccessful, that itself is troubling enough. so fine, I booked the tickets with my husband's phone; meaning that I had to create a new account which wasn't a problem and it passed and we got the tickets. (KEEP IN MIND At the time of purchase, this ticket was explicitly sold with a "Free Cancellation and Full Refund at ANYTIME") second, forwarding to now, my flight TO Japan was cancelled by the airline so i request for a cancellation for THIS ticket, since statistically specking, I wouldn't even be in Japan, why would I need my flight BACK from Japan? that should be a reason enough. I've sent a cancellation request multiple times with MORE THAN ONE REASONING but they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge the main problem and just said "there's no changes with the tickets" and to "please continue using tickets" excuse me? I would use them if I could, but logically, how am I supposed to use tickets BACK when I won't even be able to get there in the first place? plus, why wouldn't they let me cancel anyways? the reason I got this expensive ticket was because I was guaranteed, a refund at ANYTIME. this experience was a complete in utter let down especially since I've always used airpaz. I wish you could fix this problem as soon as possible. I look forward to your immediate confirmation that this refund is being processed hopefully I will not have to initiate a "Services Not Rendered" dispute with my bank, providing screenshots of the "Free Cancellation" guarantee and your refusal to honor it.

I have already purchased for 2 tickets for adults originally scheduled in April 2026. I then rescheduled to a new date in November 2026 and was charged SGD190+ for the reschedule date. I recently checked air tickets again for the same dates in November 2026 and the ticket price came up to SGD95~ per person. This seems like I am purchasing another set of tickets. After thayt, Airpaz customer service simply sent a long text which i did not have time to read (the gist of it was that they could not do anything) and closed the chat immediately. And after waiting for almost an hour for an agent to respond!!! I could not trace back the texts or history and never did they open a ticket or have the courtesy to even send me an email.

AIRPAZ STILL DID NOT EMAIL MY TICKET.

scamming on booking false flight
not only they book us the other way around when we use the customer service for change flight its literally buying a new ticket, not only that we couldnt even refund any of it we have contact taiwanese police and has filed our case but without anyproof or picture they swapped the flights we only wwant to spread the
message dont use any of their services.
****update****
airpaz not only told me they are gonna help me with the plane ticket and lied but also scam me 1 more time for there hidden fee it was twice as expensive as ordering a brand new ticket not only that when i submit to change my flight they declined on my request so do not even trust a word they say they not only lie to u on there customer services chat, they also use hidden fee to just rip u off 1 more time and not only that to rub it in your face they refuse to change the ticket as well in the time frame they promised. we had to call the airline to change everything ourselves and it was cheaper.
for those who are as angry as we are going to the police to report isnt an option the company is located in indonesia so dont even bother filing anything i just hope more people get this message.
and for those who might be wondering y we ordered our flight here. when we were on airasia website it redirect us to airpaz, so we thought we were booking from airasia. and to airpaz we file the change on jan 3 our flight is jan 6 it more than 48 hours so quit lying.

Airpaz presents itself as an official website, but it’s better to book directly through AirAsia.
I booked two flights via Airpaz and one of them was cancelled due to a technical issue. For the cancelled flight, I was offered either a voucher or a refund, but I had to wait a long time for this email. After contacting customer service three times, the voucher email was finally sent just in time (one day before departure). I rebooked the same flight with the same baggage and seat selection, but this ended up costing me an extra €46 (even though it was entirely their fault).
In the end, I’m glad I did receive my tickets and that my flights eventually went ahead, especially after reading online that this company is not trustworthy.

I gave plenty of notice to change my flight date and I keep receiveing a message stating I would receive an email within two hours. After two hours of not receiveing an email I chased this, to be told the same Re. two hour email. After more than 24 hours, which was a few hours before the require flight, I still hadn't received the email. Using the on-line chat is even more frustrating, because they never understand what you need. I had to purchase a new ticket at the airport on my intended day of travel. I thought I will just cancel the later flight and request a refund, understanding there may be a fee to pay. They refused to offer me any refund due to their policy, which doesn't take into account they had failed to offer the change of date service. They claim I didn't give enough notice to change the flight, which is 24 hours. My first email requesting a change was Sun 14-12-25 and my flight was 26 hours after this time. I have dealing with Airpaz to be very frustrating and really bad customer service. I would definitely not recommend anyone to use their company, due to their lack of customer service.

It's a joke...
35$ processing fee for a flight that cost 60$!
Haha... Funny though.
I just went directly through the airline

Very very bad experience. They did not issue my ticket they did not return my money too

Reply from Airpaz
charging a $57 credit card processing fee on a $300 flight is absurd. and to make that the only part that is not returned if the flight gets changed or cancelled makes it predatory.
i literally went and booked a different flight 20min earlier that ended up being $20 (cheaper) with 3k more luggage. you would have got my business if you had priced things properly.

I’ve booked in AirPaz by mistake because I was searching Air Arabia in google, I was in a rush and haven’t noticed that
Still I haven’t received my ticket, it’s “in transaction”
How come if you already took money?

Reply from Airpaz
I have been waiting for my refund for many months after my flight was cancelled. The airline confirmed that they already refunded the money to Airpaz, but Airpaz has still not returned it to me, and communication has mostly stopped.
In every email they repeat the same message- that they are “still waiting for payment from the airline”- even though the airline already confirmed the refund long ago.
Their “180-day policy” is being used as a reason not to issue a proper refund, despite the fact that they already received the funds.
I have now escalated the case to the aviation authority and my bank.
Very disappointing experience- travellers should be cautious.

Avoid it!!
It’s a nightmare, we are fighting to get back 1300€ for a flight who has been cancelled. They give voucher that it’s not usable for people who work!

Reply from Airpaz
So i just used them and it booked - when i went to the airline to allocate seats i was not able to! Doesnt even show a reservation. I contacted the airline and they have mentioned that a booking was created and cancelled by airpaz
No warning no information but they charged my card and no refund was issued

This is an on- going issue since October. Now AirPaz is requiring $2500 to take off the “flag” that they put on my friends ID to keep him from flying! They already took about $13k and never gave him a boarding pass. How can AirPaz constantly get away with ripping people off? You can get ahold of these people at all. They ask for a booking number… they never gave a booking number. They just keep asking for money! My friend can’t even use another carrier to fly out because AirPaz put something in their system that flagged his ID and the Embassy is doing nothing. The police are doing nothing!

Terrible and rude customer service.
Wanted to check the price difference for a return flight, however the customer service agent said that they were unable to do so because my departing flight departed.
For context, my departing flight was more than a month ago, and I am looking to change my return flight.
The reason they gave me was because my 'departed' flight have taken off, hence they can't change my returning flight dates which is supposed to be in 4 days. After that the agent just closed my chat box.
Hello customer service?
Issue 1 - I am planning to reschedule my flight to a month later. You are not able to help me with that? So you only provide a platform for me to book my flights but not to reschedule my flights?
Issue 2 - Closing the chatbox on me when a general consensus have not been reached between 2 parties? Also I am pretty sure most customer service would have asked 'if there is anything they can help with' before closing the chatbox.
PS; never once was I rude to the customer service agent, OR the AI chatbot that they have.

They sell tickets what they dont have. They sell ticket to 17 year old, but she cant fly alone. They charge money from your credit card again and again, but they dont solve the problem. 1 star is totally too much, good to have a -10 stars

This app is a scam. Took my money but cancelled my flights at the very last minute. I was already at the airport but couldn’t get in the plane. It happened TWICE. Customer service has no remorse whatsoever when i called to ask. They didnt give a damn since they already got my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
