I booked a roundtrip CDG - Paris Center. A ok leg from CDG to the hotel. In a German car!!! We had to change the pick-up time on the return leg to CDG. It was impossible to accomplish at the website. I wrote on the WhatsApp number and was treated horrible (see below). I complained to the Central customer service which did nothing. A unsetious company that will not Help you in any way if things turn out bad. Please see the WhatsApp dialog:

I booked my Airport Transfer to Gatwick in April. My holiday was booked for June. I usually drive myself but I wanted to treat myself, this year.
I paid for my booking in full, in advance, and had a confirmation all was good.
A few days before I was due to fly, I contacted Airport Taxi Transfers to confirm all was still ok. I was told it was. But they would not give me a contact number for my taxi driver. Odd?!
On 4 June I was due to be collected at 2 am. No one turned up. I contacted the Company and I was told my booking was still confirmed. They tried to get hold of my driver but couldn't get hold of him. I was told I needed to book an Uber, for myself, they didn't have anyone else available to help me. Book an Uber at 2 am to go to Gatwick.....right?!!! Really unhelpful suggestion. Actually it was a very rude and insulting suggestion.
Luckily I managed to get help from my local taxi firm. They saved my life that night.
If they hadn't been available, I would have missed my flight AND my annual holiday. I wouldn't have been refunded for the holiday!
Airport Taxi Transfers is absolutely useless. They should have a back up plan for these situations...surely?????? The man on the end of the phone was unhelpful and just said 'sorry for the inconvenience'. That's not good enough!! They should have organised a replacement driver for me, there and then!
I would give this company zero stars if the option was available.

Taxi never showed - ended up paying for another taxi to take us to the hotel. Now trying to claim my money back for this and of course they are not answering any emails.
At the time there seemed to be a friendly and apologetic response but have now been told to contact a sister company. Will have to resort to contacting my credit card company to receive any help.
The point of booking a taxi was it was a late arrival to the city -could have just been ripped off once not twice.
Do not use this company

They charge for a service they do not provide then they blame the outsourced provider ie DiDi in my case. However, DiDi is not responsible for the company’s lack of fulfilling its contractual obligations by involving DiDi as a third party at the last minute.

They obviously underestimate the seriousness of their failure to honour their contractual obligations as $14.10 which was offered to me is not sufficient to compensate for my stress and the lateness of our pick up at Melbourne airport ie over an hour and we were not collected from inside the terminal. This amount highlights the company’s unwillingness to honour its obligations and to not remedy compensation when it fails to deliver. Its contractual obligations are described in the “e-ticket” and it specifies a "meet and greet" at the airport for the transfer.

This remedy of $14.10 when I paid over $177 for the transfer that did not occur as outlined in our agreement is insufficient. I believe the company’s deceitful practices need to be highlighted and to inform other consumers through avenues like TRIP ADVISOR, and this site and any others I can use to outline my experience. The pathetic refund offered for what was insufficient does not reflect what was an overpriced, unfulfilled service that I paid for. I was expecting this company to deliver a promised service to me, for the exorbitant price of over $177 for airport transfer from inside the terminal to the hotel. The total price I would have paid if I contacted the third party ie, DiDi would have been $80 as I checked what each driver was paid. Another review has already taken place. Be careful and read other reviews about this company.

Not good enough! If I can think of other ways to describe my experience and warn other consumers about this company's inability to honour its agreement I certainly will. I am only providing the truth so that other people will not experience the stress and financial rip-off that I have.

Excellent Service through out , from easy booking , correspondence from Company , punctual collection at Airport , right through to drop off at Hotel in Marbella.

Would highly recommend .
