Exceptional Airport Transfer Service in Glasgow and Edinburgh!

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing Airport City Transfers during my visit to Scotland as a South African tourist. From the moment I landed at Glasgow Airport to my departure from Edinburgh Airport, their service left me thoroughly impressed. We had drivers Glenn, Alfie and Linda throughout our stay.

The drivers were not only punctual but also warm and welcoming, making our group feel right at home in a new country. Their professionalism and knowledge of the local areas, including tips on hidden gems, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our family trip.

The vehicles were impeccably clean and comfortable, ensuring a smooth and relaxing journey. It was evident that safety was a top priority, which was greatly appreciated, especially after a long flight.

What truly stood out was the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. The communication leading up to my flights was clear and concise, and they were adaptable when my flight schedule slightly changed. This level of flexibility and understanding is truly commendable.

Airport City Transfers made my transitions between airports and accommodations seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend their services to fellow travelers, and I will definitely be choosing them again for my future visits to Scotland. Kudos to the entire team for a job exceptionally well done!

Glenn is a top guy

Glenn is a top guy, great driver and knowledgeable on history and things to do in Scotland. Made our taxi journey from glasgow airport to Edinburgh really enjoyable.

Erratic Responders

Erratic Responders

Communication great, quick response....until I paid. Despite being promised details including drivers details and number two hours after payment I was still waiting 12 hours later. Only voicemail when i phoned 4 times. I only recieved booking reference number with some details (but not those promised) after I said I would contact my banks fraud department.
Asked for all details to be supplied within two hours. Did not arrive...nor were they in spam or bin.
As a solo traveller I appreciate transparency and reliability...which I did not get from this company after I had paid them. Cancelled the booking.

Very disappointing to read this review. Honestly tried my best to make this work for you. The booking was for 3 weeks time. I had sent the email 4 times I am unsure why you did not receive them( I even sent a picture of the booking creation date/time to show it was all done immediately).

I had all the details, booking was in my diary for the 10th of September and then this morning I wake up to threatening emails on fraud team with the bank. I can assure you the booking is now cancelled at your request and refund issued.

As a small business trying to get on in the trying economic climate we live in, I feel this review does not reflect our airport taxi services and only really reflects that you have an issue with your email inbox. Customers have booked today and I have had no issues with confirmation emails as of time writing this reply. I am now paranoid i have phoned several customers to make sure the emails have been received and they have.

Apologies again that you had no trust in me.
