What a great service Muang to BKK
What a great service! Landed in Don Muang and had a day to burn, but was flying out of BKK. No problem! Dropped my bags with Airportel and headed out for a day of sites and tasty food in Bangkok. When I arrived at BKK via the Air link the Airportel booth was conveniently located at the train exit into the (Novatel crossover) airport. My bag was right there and I did not have to haul it around all day. Staff on both sides were full of smiles and had great language skills

The Best!
Made booking online late at night, arranging for luggage to be collected from hotel to airport, for next day morning pick up. We received call from front desk at the exact time of collection, that they had arrived! Very smooth transition. Received frequent updates via WA and Email. We have whole day of fun activities luggage-free, knowing that our luggages are in safe hands. Collected our luggages at the airport with ease :) Will definitely use the service again

Good to use with great peace of mind
Best part is you will get an email when they receive your bag at the airport or your destination which gives you peace of mind.
I would suggest that they spruce up the service and area of their mbk branch a little bit more but other than that I think it’s fine.

Horrendous - do not use
Horrendous, dishonest company. We used Airpotel whilst in Bangkok but they refused to give our luggage back until we agreed to pay additional fees. Complete tourist trap and a con. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
