Not recommended to use them, They are un professional, and they get your bags with many other people bags so they save money.
Their driver are not equipped with proper tools like carrier or stool to carry your bags.
Once you book them and you cancel they dont refund your money.

try ringing for a simple question ,so far I have been on hold for 15 minutes will wait another 5 and then i ll give up and drop person off myself ,
My flight was late and I missed my bus which was the last one of the night. I got in contact with customer service the following day and they gave me a coupon for another bus service. Really impressed as they were understanding of the flight being late. Drivers are always really nice guys in my experience also.
Your basically on your own if your flight is late and you try to get the next one. Was told I'd just have to wait until the next available one but they would be 4 hours time. Despite being first in the queue the driver attended to others first (free for all getting on) and spare seats were taken up by their extra luggage which they had brought. Main Office wasn't interested when contacted.
Had to make my own arrangements so lesson learned for the future. Be warned
Great service, comfortable buses. High recommended if you are travelling to either of the Belfast airports.
