Everything was good except that the driver was late
Everything was good except that the driver was two hours late delivering my luggage after my return. I booked a 6 hour time slot. 8-14, my luggage was delivered at 16. It would have been nice to have received some sort of notification to be informed. Otherwise i have no complaints and am grateful the service exists.

Everything about it was great!!! Driver communication was wonderful. He was very courteous and professional and it was so good for us to pick up our bags upon arrival at our destination.

I thought that using Airportr was really great , especially as the final flight home approaches when the thought of Lugging heavy suitcases into car/taxis is not very pleasant . Your service puts the right Tick to the final box of a happy holiday.

Second time of using the Airportr service
This is my second time of using the service and it was hassle free. You basically arrange the collection, pay the cost, then have your documents and luggage ready.The portr even had a scale in this occasion and it is good practice to weigh your own luggage to ensue it is within the limit.
The luggage is securely tagged and taken to the airport. You just turn up with your hand luggage allowance and boarding pass, proceed straight to security. You get an email to confirm that your bags have been checked in.
This takes the stress out of checking in luggage and the hassle because someone else doesn't understand how scales and tolerances are calculated.For us this was 20 pounds per suitcase if you can afford it.Now, consider the costs of a decent size mini cab for the luggage and passengers on the day,or a small family of 4 on public transport with suitcases with stressed out parents .
The booking process was simple and easy to use,just provide the information correctly and a quote will be sent to you. No sprained wrists, no stress,no anger just easy travelling.
