They cancelled our trip with 12 hours notice. Booked three moths in advance and they left us stranded in Bologna without a way to get to our cruise. Later found out they raised their price for the summer and sold my trip to another customer for twice the price.

Awful

Awful. The night before an international trip--less than 12 hours out--they cancelled my booking, with no explanation. I called the "customer service" number and had someone yell at me. Find another way to the airport!

Very rude driver.

I had schedule ride at 11:00 am and the driver started knocking my door at 10:15 and rudely asking come I have another pickup.

Secondly when he put our bags in shuttel he just threw my both bags. When I asked him why did he do like that, he said I did it so. Such a rude and worst driver.

Scam never use this comany

If I could give a 0 star rating and still right a review I would. DO NOT use this company ever for transport. By far the worse company to ever deal with when wanting to change your reservation. All numbers provided are in a totally different language and only a voice recording when you call any of the emergency numbers. No English help. They tell you they’ll provide your drivers contact details 1 day prior to your booking. They never did. We tried to make contact with this company way before 24hrs prior to our arranged pick up. We could not get a hold of anyone for two days which resulted in sending an email 12hrs prior to our booking. I even provided my number for them to contact me. No one did. Leaving us last minute to arrange a different pick up. They also won’t give us back a full refund which states on their website they will. They asked for proof of calls to their company which we provided and were still denied.

Avoid this company at all costs!! Save yourself the hassle and headache. They’re just after your money. They’ve also ignored my last two emails.

You will not get what you paid for

We pre-arranged a private car with meet & greet service to & from the airport to hotel in New York. According to the emails I received we should have gotten driver information prior to each pickup including GPS location, but what we recieved was a generic email that did not contain the driver info or plate#. First, we did not receive the meet & greet service. I got a text message from the driver and we had to find his car via the plate # in the garage. This was a bit disappointing especially for my kids who wanted to see their name on the sign, but the driver was curteous and the car was clean. The return trip, however, was awful. Again, I did not receive the driver info so I emailed customer service and received no response. I received a call 15 minutes before our pickup time from a person speaking very broken english claiming to be our driver so we said we would go meet him in front of the door where the drop off and pick up was for the hotel. It took us less than 2 minutes to get there. We waited and waited and nothing. I got a call again and the driver is yelling saying he can't find the hotel so we gave him the street address. Keep in mind, it was very hard to understand him. He then gives us a different address of where he is at and wants us to walk with our luggage to find him. We tell him no we are standing in front of the doors and if he just comes to the drive way he will see us. I finally have to call customer service because he can't understand the directions of where we are. There is only one drop off pick up location at this hotel and he can't find it. Finally, he shows up and demands our ticket? (all I can do is show him the email confirmation i received when i ordered the service). He then proceeds to sit in the car while we struggle to put our luggage in the trunk that is too small for all of our bags (we had arranged for 5 large bags with our service and he had space for 2). There is no doubt in my mind that this was an Uber or Lyft driver that has been sub-contracted as the car is littered with personal items. I'm on the phone with customer service begging for a different driver because he is so hostile and we are so frustrated and am told there is no one else available so we have to get into this car with someone we are uncomfortable with. We then had to put some of the luggage inside the cabin and he is yelling at us "no in back, in back" but there wasn't room. Then he didn't know what terminal we should go to and is yelling "what terminal!" I'm pretty sure he was using GPS to give him directions to the airport in his native language. Keep in mind, we provided all of our flight information at the time we scheduled because we were told it would make our ride smooth and easy and that the drivers would have all the information needed to get us there and back. So we had to try to figure out what terminal in a town we are not familiar with while he keeps yelling "what terminal!" I contacted customer service completely frustrated with the situation and was offered a coupon and $16 off my nearly $200 booking for the inconvienence. Wow! Save yourself the headache. They do not provide the service you pay for. They are disorganized and their drivers are obviously sub-contracted because the quality is inconsistant. Plus, don't expect anything in the confirmation email to actually happen. This was an awful experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I used Airportshuttles.com to book the trip that was supposedly arranged with Elife Limo. In my opinion, both of these companies should be avoided!

I have had a booking denied as we have a guide dog, they are saying that they don't have to, but I think you will find under EU law its discrimination.
There seems to be one person, one email and a fictitious MD.
Knows nothing about customer service, and referred to the guide dog as a stray.

Today in New Orleans I reserved a private shuttle from the airport to my hotel for 2. Airport shuttles subcontracted with LAXrides who then called a Lift driver. I could more easily have used the Lift app myself had I wanted that service. I was Charged $72.00 for a $19.00 Lift ride. This is a rip off of the customer and degrading to the lift driver. This practice should be illegal and is a total scam. I cancelled the second leg of the round trip immediately.
By the way the lift driver was great....lesson learned. Warning!! Do not use this service.

Reliable service

I have used Airport Shuttle for 6 transfers over the past three years, in all cases for transfers between Venice aiport and Isola di Albarella. The pick up has always been timely, the chauffeurs very polite and the prices as agreed up front. They charge the fee for the return pick up upfront, which gave me some concerns, but although they already had my money, the level of service or professionalism didn't decline. Airport-Shuttle.com deserves this positive review. I just booked a transfer from Siena to Florence. I hope that will be equally smooth. If not, I will let you know.

... 2. November 2011 ... Airport Shuttle continues to deliver excellent service at the Siena-Florence transfer referred to above.
