If your flight it cancelled or delayed AirportsTaxiTransfer will not refund your money unless they are notified 24 hours prior to pick-up in which in my case the flight was cancelled under the 24 hour window. Also, on another flight one of my bags was missing, so while I was filling out a missing bag claim the driver left and I was still charged. I am out $124.76, They have no flexibility in the 24 hour policy, so I will not use them ever again. The 2 other times I used them on this trip, were fine since there was no delays or cancellation.

We had a driver whom constantly call us to move out pickup time to earlier. From 2:30 am to first 1:30 and then called again at midnight to move it again to 1 pm. He said this was due to accidents on the highway. However everytime we checked with Google and other services we could see none. We also ended up with no traffic at all getting to the airport 1:30 hours earlier than needed.
The constant calling (and waking us up) and pushing us. Meant no sleep or rest before our travel.
