Airport Taxi Cheltenham Reviews 

I have been using this company a lot for the past year. Unfortunately, during my last booking, the driver broke my umbrella. I asked him what would be the policy and I have exchanged several emails with the company who said they reimbursed me my umbrella if I was able to provide the bill or they would reimburse me 10 GBP if I couldn't provide the bill. This was on the 27th of August. Since then nothing has been done. I have send about 10 emails and tried to call yet nothing has happened. When you make a promise to a customer you need to honour it.

Great value for money when compared with the cost of fuel and airport parking. A waiting car at 11pm after hours of travelling was a very welcome sight.

When our plane was delayed by several hours, we were reassured immediately that our driver would be waiting for us at the airport, whatever time it arrived. It took away a lot of the potential stress from the situation.

This company seems to contract out drivers from local taxi firms, so I suppose experience will vary based on who accepts the job.

Our outbound leg was pretty good. Our driver was struggling to stay awake a little bit, but as it was a 7am flight this is understandable!

The return was a little less professional. The company said the driver would meet us in the arrivals hall at Heathrow, but instead he called and told us to try and find him in a nearby car park and gave us a row number. The A417 was closed for a stretch on the journey, and the driver got lost trying to follow diversions. Had to find directions from an app to get him back on track. He then drove at 95 trying to save time until he drove right on past our exit...

I did my research on this company before I book with them and the registered offices are in London and they had good reviews. The driver that was assigned to do my booking was friendly and we arrive on time to my destination. I will recommend this company to anyone.

We needed to adjust our pick up time for an airport run by 30 minutes and were required to pay a £5 admin charge. We also paid an extra £5 for the Meet & Greet service as Birmingham Airport as my wife is not able to walk very well. On arrival we were met by the driver at the exit who then proceeded to tell us his car was parked about 500 meters away on the top floor of a car park. When I explained we paid extra for meet and greet he said yes, thats correct, if you hadn't paid extra I would be parked over there, 20 meters away, waiting for you... The driver then became very rude and defensive with us saying "OK then, I supose I will now have to pay 2 lots of parking" and marched off to get the car... A very bad experience after 8 hours of travelling. Will not be useing them again.

An excellent service both to the airport and on our return home, and at a very competitive price. We will certainly use this company again.
