Be very careful!!
I booked a taxi from Cardiff airport to a Cheltenham for £120. We left the airport at 11.32pm and arrived in Swindon at 1am! The driver admitted he had put the wrong postcode into sat-nav and showed me on his phone that it would take an additional 45 minutes to get to Cheltenham. I finally arrived in Cheltenham at 1.45am.
I contacted the company the following day and almost a week later they responded to say that the driver confirmed he hadn’t actually taken me to Swindon he had simply been diverted that way. There were no diversions as my friend left the airport at the same time as me and took the route we should have taken. I had evidence on my phone that we were actually in Swindon.
Not even an apology!
Then I received the following message:
‘We have complied with the terms of booking even though this was not our companies fault however you choose to make the most out of the situation!
We have many happy customers who value our service and understand that human error can happen time to time!’
Still no apology and then when they offered me a £36 refund to which I said was unsatisfactory they proceeded to tell me that I was displaying threatening behaviour!
A company that I would never use again.

I cannot thank Aero Cars enough. The process from booking online to collection and my return journey for Heathrow Airport were faultless.
The professionalism courteous and friendly nature of both drivers was appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Aero Cabs again in the future and heartedly recommend them.
