The car number plate of the taxi had been provided in the confirmation that i received when i booked the taxi
Prompt taxi arrival to collect me from the airport. Notification received via text from the driver as my plane landed.
Driver had prepared and offered me a complimentary water bottle for my use during the ~1h journey

Aero Cars have been incredibly reliable, courteous and professional when I have used them for numerous trips to and from Heathrow and Gatwick for business. The occasional complimentary upgrade of car type is also much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

He was very courteous and helpful, and got us to the airport on time without having to rush.

Prompt, comfortable and low rates
Excellent prompt and comfortable journey. Good value for money, low rates good customer service..delivered in the expected time. Driver talked when talked to and allowed space when I had to do a bit of work on my phone on the way to Heathrow.

Lovely driver and efficient service. Minor complaint: I was charged £5 for changing the pick up time by 15 minutes to allow extra time for traffic. But I would certainly use the company again for airport transfers.
