Great service

First time of using Sky Cars and will happily use again. Helpful conversation when booking for Birmingham airport and confirmation sent whilst on the phone to check details. The correct size of car was booked (5 adults with luggage) at a competitive price. Booking confirmed again the day before travel with driver and vehicle details. Shahzad was punctual, courteous, helpful and friendly. He was waiting on our return and contacted me with meeting instructions. Top service.

Professional and Punctual

I travel monthly with work and had a poor experience with the previous taxi company I used. So, I decided to try Sky Cars as the reviews looked great, and I wasn't disappointed.
Abdul, my driver, arrived on time, he was smartly dressed and his car immaculate. He dropped me off right outside arrivals, saving me the 10 min walk from the short stay car park. On return, he was there as soon as I came back through arrivals and carried my luggage back to the car for me.
Abdul was polite and professional, a real credit to your company. Moving forward, I will definitely be using Sky Cars for all my business travel.

Where to start? Outstanding cab company!

Where to start?
The very first time I was picked up by Mehul and all boxes were ticked re expectations/requirements

Punctual (arrived 5 mins early)
Polite (addressed me as Mr McMullan)
Presentation (wore a suit and a smile)
Vehicle was spotlessly clean (as if it’d just been valeted but without the overpowering scent of ‘air freshener’)
Helped me with my luggage AND put it in the car for me too.
We had a pleasant conversation during the journey (there was no complaining as you can get from some people with their captive audience)
All round absolutely outstanding!
I wouldn’t say I’m a regular user of cabs but I know to whom my business will be going next time.
