We booked a transfer to the airport with a baby car seat well in advance to our trip. We tried to reach out the company by phone the previous days to the trip to remind about the car seat. They never took the call so we left them a voicemail.

The day of the pick up the taxi showed up with no car seat. The taxi driver was in a not collaborative attitude. We were struggling to get to the airport on time to not lose our flight. We were asking him for a solution when we suddenly left without offering us any decent alternative.

Never again!

Booked taxi from Antwerp to Brussels airport 2 days prior to flying out.
Pickup arranged was 5am on a Saturday.
Pickup was on time and transfer was great in luxurious van.
All in all would recommend without hesitation.

I booked the transfer online for a few days later, and I got the confirmation.
The day of the transfer, I waited for some 10 minutes after the agreed time and they I calle them. They told me they were going to pick me up 40 minutes later. I had to call another taxi.
