Shipped my car from CA to OR, super smooth and convenient process. I drive a larger car and was concerned that it might not fit or would be harder but everything was handled perfectly and staff was super friendly. Fair pricing as well.

I recently transported my beloved 2015 BMW M3 and I was super skeptical of the process. Anyways, I looked all over the Internet and I decided to ship my car with AIRRYD. airRyd did a great job helping me move my 2019 Mustang Shelby Cobra from San Diego out to Boston. Was very concerned about the logistics and timing, but these guys sorted it out for me and gave me real answers that I probably needed to hear even though I was not a fan of them. They ended up dispatching out a very fancy truck, with AG auto, had a lift gate and all. Highly recommend these guys. Paid around 2K to get it done.

I have used airRyd multiple times going back about 3 years now . I always experience the same high level of service every time. Carter , and Wes are very detailed and make sure our clients cars go on the best quality trucks they can find for the money. This is a very sketchy industry , and safety is our top concern. Our latest shipment was a 2023 E-Tron that went from NY over to the bay area in San Fran , CA. They dispatched the order to AG auto transport (also a great trucking company) and Andre is a true pro as well. Enclosed shipment, paid approx $2200 for that one but well worth it for the higher quality trucks.

Just to be transparent, this was my first experience using an auto transport company, so I have no good frame of reference. I picked Airryd based on their description of their service on their website. The final price was not terrible, but it was not that close to the estimate. It was fair enough. I guess I did expect Airryd to be more involved after assigning the contract to a carrier. The vehicle arrived in good shape and the driver did not try to change the price. I have to say that communication was extremely poor - non-existent, really - between the date of pickup and the date of delivery. It would be nice to be able to track your vehicle now and then during the process. The vehicle was delivered to my mechanic's shop. I was not there at the time. My mechanic said that at the time of unloading the vehicle came close to falling off the trailer and that the driver was quite unprofessional and hard to deal with. I did expect more personal service, but maybe I was expecting too much. I would not dissuade anyone from using this service but I would recommend you keep your expectations in check.

Fantastic experience shipping my suv cross country with Air Ryd!! Very professional, easy to talk to and they connected me with Erics Express (excellent company). Such a great experiance with both companies.

Wes(Air Ryd) was able to explain the in and outs of the process. I had a 2 day window and was nerves. Wes assured me that it can be done when other companies asked for a 5 day window or exorbitant prices after initial quote. Air Ryd fulfilled the process with same low price as they quoted initially. Kudos to their website and process. Kudos to Wes for explaining the process truthfully.

I did a lot of reading and searching online to transport my 2024 BMW and I came across AirRyd! They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I received my car exactly how I shipped it and I would do it again when I come back from Florida!

Needed help moving a 2020 Porsche after a couple other larger brokers royally failed in getting it done. Contacted airRyd and specifically Wes who thoroughly walked me through the process, as well as explaining the issues with why it had not yet moved . They
were able to find a carrier in under 24 hours from when I booked with them. Nice double decker Enclosed
trailer showed up next day. Process went flawlessly. Dont second guess it, let these guys at airRyd do the work for you. They seem to have something going on that others dont.

I booked enclosed auto transport through AirRyd in March 2025 and paid $625. A week later, I canceled my order in writing, and the company replied the same day saying, “Sure, we will cancel that out,” confirming the cancellation. My car was never scheduled, assigned, or dispatched. Despite that, I never received my refund.

Their website clearly states that refunds must be processed within 7–10 days of a written cancellation. It’s now been over six months, and I’ve sent multiple follow-ups, including a formal refund demand by email to both their customer service and main transport address. No one has responded.

They confirmed my cancellation in writing, they kept my payment, and they stopped communicating entirely. That’s not a misunderstanding, it’s negligence.

I’m sharing this review so others know what to expect. The company appears unresponsive once they have your payment, and they don’t honor their own refund policy. If you’re considering using AirRyd or Midwest Exotic Transport, read their Terms & Conditions carefully and be cautious before paying anything upfront.

Update:
After my original review, the owner responded publicly with false statements and even accused me of "extortion." For clarity, extortion is the act of obtaining money or something of value through threats, coercion, or intimidation. I did none of that. I simply requested the refund I was contractually owed.

I placed the order prematurely before even having a pickup date. The vehicle was never dispatched or assigned to a carrier because I canceled the order entirely, not a "dispatch." I canceled in writing on March 28, 2025, one week after booking, and received a written reply from AirRyd saying, "Sure, we will cancel that out." Per their own Terms & Conditions, refunds requested in writing within 30 days must be processed within 7-10 days when no transport has occurred.

Months later, my bookkeeper noticed the refund had never been issued, which is why I followed up. I wasn't demanding anything new, I was asking them to honor the refund that should have been processed back in March. Even now, they have alternative ways to issue the refund but have chosen not to.

Accusing a customer of extortion for requesting a refund they're entitled to is unprofessional and unacceptable. I have full documentation showing I canceled properly, they confirmed in writing, and the refund was never processed.

I ended up going with this company because of the honesty they portrayed in their YouTube video and the overwhelming number of highly rated reviews. My transaction was done completely online and I paid in advance. My experience was flawless. My car was picked up on a Monday, driven1600 miles, and delivered on Friday. The communication from the company was timely and complete. The driver was professional and courteous. Without a doubt I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had airRyd ship my 2023 Ram TRX from Hickory, NC to Coeur d'Alene ID. I found out about airRyd on the Ram-TRX forum.

To say I was nervous about shipping my truck 2500 miles would be a huge understatement. Wes and Carter did a great job communicating with me from beginning to end. They were always available for questions, day, night and weekends.

The driver was very professional and he was careful, loading/unloading my truck.

I will definitely use airRyd for my next vehicle shipment.

This was an easy transaction with very few blemishes. I spoke directly with the company's owner & he definitely is building a strong business model for how he handles each customer. If you text or email them you get an immediate answer. I will definitely use AirRyd again should the necessity arise.

Best company to ship your car cross country.

Wes was highly responsive from the first moment we contacted airryd. Found him from YT. Was running low on patience with Roadrunner when we came across his channel. After waiting around almost a month to get my 2019 BMW moved to me in Pensacola, Wes was able to get my car loaded within 48 hours. It arrived in 5 days. (From Los Angeles) . Wes is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to auto shipping . We got lucky by stumbling onto his YT channel Auto Transport For Dummies. Very difficult industry so it was beyond refreshing to put a face to a company . He was able to get our transport on our 2021 Jeep Wrangler without a hick up. Extremely responsive communication .
