Delivery was very slow and tracking was bogus,this site is not uk it’s china,boots are absolute garbage,will not tighten up ans come loose all the time,the sole is wafer thin with no grip at all,they are not water proof,even rain gets through,stand in a puddle and your soaked,even free work boots from work are better than these,very fancy ai advertising making Chinese crap look good,same junk can be found on AliExpress/Temu for a fraction of the price and even at that price I wouldn’t touch these again.

Product arrived, after 15 days since ordering, looking like it was shipped by Temu and in similar packaging. It was also Damaged in a way that makes it not usable. Upon contacting customer services they said they would have to wait for their team to review the photos for assess next steps. That was 2 weeks ago and emails I have sent asking for updates have just been saying that the team is still assessing.

Customer service is terrible, wrong size shoes received and they won't exchange them as they say they were on promotion, will never use this company again and would advise against anyone using them.
