All the time You can also claim refund via our website, or just simply call us.

Very long order fulfillment time
On August 24, 2021 I ordered Jeppesen's logbook and a rbf keychain in the AirSup.eu store. I didn't receive the order until 09/21/2021. During the entire waiting period, I did not receive information about such a long time of order fulfillment (almost a month). Many online stores in this type of situation, not only inform the customer on a regular basis, but also offer in the form of compensation a discount code for the next shopping or add some freebies. Not in this case.
