Absolutely scam of a company. I tried to cancel my order literally seconds after placing it and was told that it was too late as it had been dispatched, which was impossible, However, they reassured me I could get a refund when I returned it. When it arrived I asked for details about returning it (as stated on their website) and they replied saying it “would be a hassle” and that I would have to pay transport and other costs and I should keep it and they would give me 5% off.

This is unacceptable and unprofessional practice and I would not advise anyone to buy anything from a company which operates like this. I can only imagine that the positive reviews are also a scam.

Fortunately I have business contacts in both China and the UK who are going to look into this company in order to stop this happening to other customers.

I bought this for my fiancé after reading a review page. She looked on TikTok and couldn’t find anything so I dug a bit deeper and couldn’t find anything apart from their website and the review page. I panicked thinking I’d been scammed. It arrived yesterday (about 8 days from ordering) from china but with a UK plug and my fiancé has used it with no issues. The quality is good and I’m actually quite impressed. The negative reviews on here aren’t even about the product itself.

Terrible customer service, been waiting for mine to arrive for nearly 2 weeks despite no mention that it is first shipped from China then dispatched for a supplier shocking

I bought this in April 2023. After 3months the nozzle melted! This product is unsafe. Do not buy. I have emailed the company support line but received no reply.

Brilliant hairdryer. I ordered this before I saw some reviews but don’t be put off! It’s a light very efficient and makes my hair smooth and shiny in minutes. Recommended.

This is a Chinese website with fake reviews from fake "influencers". I tried to cancel my order right away, it wasn't possible, of course. Manipulative Chinese customer service who made me to keep the item against my will with theartening strategies such as even if I send it back to China (at my costs of course) it can happen they won't accept it for the full refund etc. I don't know it the items is good, but I know I'm very unsatisfied with this kind of business. Never ever again. They gave me 30% off and I got rid of it at Ebay for the half of price. S××× happens.

Was very sceptical of this hairdryer and had already brought it before reading the reviews. Decided to be optimistic and wait for it to arrive. I love this hairdryer...my hair feels soft, its got many functions and styles. Looks quite stylish and i can tell it will look after my hait in the long term. Only fault is the lead is short. 2 years guarantee and the company was happy to return it if I wasn't happy. Glad I stuck with it and I'm unsure why people are writing bad reviews because of other reviews and not judging the product themselves

I wanted a Dyson hairdryer but thought I’d read the reviews and found a site written by a hairdresser praising the Airtecho and linking to the site, i had put my card details in when i thought i would read some of the reviews at the bottom, oh my, i am so glad i did, the site i saw must have been a fake one, I’m sorry for all these people who have been scammed and i hope they receive their money back.

90 days money back it's a scam. Do not buy!

I thought about buying a good quality hair dryer that is quieter than normal, doesn't damage hair, and most importantly looks good. It's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it.

advantage:
- good drying time
- better drying quality
- much quieter
- More ergonomic (weight is on the handle or on top of the handle so it doesn't strain the wrist)
- good packaging

No cons so far.
I do want to mention that this is still a hair dryer, so it's not like it's silent, it's like 60dBA instead of 85-90dBa. But it's quiet after closing the door.

Do not touch with a barge pole.
It turns out its just a cheap Chinese appliance with no UK safety stamp. It should have the CE safety stamp if sold in the UK but it doesn't. I want a full refund as it could be unsafe but they won't give me one unless I pay for the hairdryer being shipped back to China.
It's not as good as my 10 year old hairdryer that I thought was ready for a replacement but my old one runs rings around this rubbish.
Reported them to trading standards and waiting for a response

Well I order this and then read the reviews and started to think omg. A week later I received my product via royal mail and have used it today for the 1st time and I have got to say I'm so pleased with it. My hair was dry in no time and I used the attachment to stop fly away and it didn't diapoint and my hair feels so soft and smooth. I'm a happy girl so far

Omg I’m panicking now after reading this, I have just purchased I’m so stupid and annoyed I didn’t read reviews first, I should have realised when there are no TikTok’s at all about this product!
I’ve emailed for a cancellation but have ha dec no reply

I ordered my Airtecho hairdryer after it got top review on a review site but then read terrible reviews on here which made me think that I may have be looking at a fake review site. Also people saying they had ordered and not recieved product and struggling to get money back. I was really upset thinkking I'd been ripped off but decided to give the company 28 days to deliver. Anyway thankfully it arrived today 14th April ( estimated delivery was 14th- 16th April so bang on time) and ordered on 2nd April. Very pleased- not given 5 stars as not used yet and but all looks in order

I read a review a couple of weeks ago on Rating Best.Org website, as was in the market for a new hairdryer with a good diffuser. The Airtecho came top – for fastest drying time, noise level and reasonably light in weight. So I placed an order for it on 30 March. Then a day or so later I saw the reviews on Trust Pilot and went into panic thinking I had been scammed! But exactly 1 week after ordering, it was delivered by Royal Mail, with everything included that should have been. It is everything it promises it should be, and since using it on my shoulder length curly hair – I’ve had lots of compliments. Love it and 100% recommend it.

Brought the hairdryer then read reviews on here and thought I’d been scammed, phoned bank and cancelled my card I made the payment on. Bank said give it 14 days and see what happens, well a week and a bit later the hairdryer and all its fittings have turned up via Royal Mail, seems well made and has a UK plug and instructions so I don’t get what is going on with these other reviews unless Airtecho are a bit hit and miss with their service and supply.
Update since last review, my wife has used and is very impressed with the dryer. As good as a very well know hairdryer on the market at half the price.

Bought the hairdryer and got 4 attachments for my premium payment, I have left it with the bank to sorted stay away they promise to sort it but don't.

Real professional scammers! Keep away.

This is the same scam company as Norden Hair selling the LansamPro, using a paid fake reviews site to link you to the product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Same here, fake store. Stay away. They promise to pay you back but nothing happens. They use Stripe for transactions, report to them so they know about the scam.
