As many are calling out the main and general issue of whole network is unstable connection,poor call connectivity and specially as airtel claims unlimited 5g data network and services but it often strains your main data. And also there's no customer support and in recent years it has become the worst it asked about the specific date but it is happening for 3 years straight and frequently.

Absolute Failure of Service and Accessibility

I have never encountered a more frustrating and anti-consumer experience than my recent interaction with Airtel Kerala. For a leading telecommunications provider, their "support" system is designed specifically to prevent customers from actually getting help.
The Issues:
• The Infinite IVR Loop: Calling their customer care number is a waste of time. The automated system forces you through endless menus. If you try to navigate to a real person, the system eventually claims you have "used the maximum options" and automatically disconnects the call. It is a programmed dead end.
• Zero Accountability in Thrissur: I contacted the Airtel customer center in Thrissur seeking a resolution. I was told by the staff that even they do not have a direct line to speak to their own customer relations department.
• Total Lack of Communication: How can a "service provider" exist without a way for customers to speak to a human being? It is clear that Airtel is hiding behind automation to avoid dealing with service issues.

Daily roaming charges are applied automatically after landing in another country, even for a few minutes. Customer care does not accept their billing mistakes and provides no proper resolution. Worst Airtel broadband service

I am writing to report that my Airtel Wi-Fi internet connection has not been working for the past 36 hours in Geeta Apartment, Geeta Colony, Delhi.

I have already raised the issue through the Airtel Thanks App. However, the chatbot is only repeatedly extending the expected resolution time for the engineer's repair. The issue is not getting resolved.

Due to this prolonged outage, my entire family is facing significant inconvenience, including disruption to work, studies, and daily activities that depend heavily on a stable internet connection.

Even shifting connection seems impossible

On 29 November, we put the order through airtel thanks app to shift our connection(as we were shifting). However, they cancelled the order and upon calling customer care we got to know airtel Xtream fiber is not available in this area. Okay, then we placed an order for airtel Air Fiber.

since that day onwards, it's been round and round the same point. We have called customer care almost daily, with each of them promising a call back from a different team of their side, but the catch? About 90% of times there has been no call back.

The rest few times when a person actually called us back, they assured that they would let us know their personal number so we could send our location to them for the installation. Guess they were joking cuz they never sent any kind of number to contact.

This is literally the surface level of how infuriating this has been to us. We've given alternate numbers, we've also tried to cancel the connection and get a refund but then they say they will shift the connection without any charges.

Honestly, airtel, can you keep your team educated a bit?

In the beginning they say transfer/shifting is free of cost, then they say it costs 1500, then customer care says its 2100, then when we put order for cancellation they say it's free of cost to shift?

What are these games because I'm in no way interested in them. It's been almost a month now.

the worst ever service provider the wifi just goes away when you need it and you cant even talk to any agent or anyone you cannot do anything even after paying sm you get literally nothing for your moneys worth the wifi is not reliable at all. everyday itll go for an hour or 7 hours man and its always some technical issue

Most unreliable network ever

Most unreliable network. I find less to no network in varthur, Bangalore. My entire call at home happens because of wifi calling through my broadband internet. If I go outside, network will b there for call but you will struggle to death for finding connectivity for data. I feel very bad when someone with jio or some other n/w (may be) watching facebook/insta video or youtube video uninterruptedly and I will be waiting for minutes to open any website pages. So pathetic. Only with airtel because of 489 package for longer period . This website is asking for a date when i faced the issue but let me tell you all that this is happening every moment since last 5.5 years

I have never expected this from airtel

I have never expected this from airtel. I have paid for unlimited data for 49 rupees at 3:30 pm but the data ended at 7pm completely. While paying it have been mentioned data till midnight. Worst service. This is not the first time. In this month twice this happened to me. Completely lost trust on your service.
