Malcolm was very helpful changing the dates on our flight

The agent called Malcomb has been very honest and up front with me and has correct problems that have arose from the airlines

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THESE GUYS.

I booked a ticket with these speaking to one of their representative at the airport i came to know there is not ticket for me.

Malcolm Jones demonstrated exceptional problems solving skills. He educated me on airline fares while other two agents failed to find a a solution. I was most impressed on his customer service skills!

This time my call was answered by Mr. Jones who was able to satisfactorily answer all of my questions. He then book all of our tickets using his complete understanding of the subtleties of "looking outside the box" to arrange less cumbersome, more direct flights.

Malcolm has been an absolute star- assisted us change and make new travel arrangements.

Assisted us with his direct line which was great especially travelling throught different time zones

I had asked them to book tickets for my son. They charged my credit card and sent me details over email giving me impression that the tickets got booked but in reality tickets were never booked. Unfortunately i found about it at the airport when i was flying with my son. I had to leave my son back and book another tickets for myself to return to my hometown and bring my son back to my city of residence. It was 2-3 months i was working with them to get the refund but now i think they blocked my phone number. When i try to call them using my cell phone i get a message line is buy and when i call them with someone elses phone my call gets through.
