AirToHeat installed a heat pump system as our home was being redeveloped. The design process was clear and helpful, right from the first visit, through design, and then quote; they dealt with the BUS grant application, and followed up with us throughout installation, which they conducted on time. Overall, I'm very happy indeed with their service!

Smooth annual servicing of air source heat pump
We engaged Air To Heat to perform an annual servicing to our Vaillant air source heat pump. The booking process was straightforward, the engineer Eddie was punctual, courteous, and smoothly did all the checks. He found a very minor issue and commented that our installers (a different company) did a good job a year ago, which was a nice thing to hear. A physical report was left with us at the end of the servicing and also a digital version was sent to us via email later. We would not hesitate to use Air Heat again next year.

Annual Service for Heat Pump
I moved to my current address 3 years ago and have only used AirtoHeat for annual service for my heat pump. They are friendly, helpfull will alwas answer your questions, have good time keeping and tidy. I would recommend them and don't intend to use another company.

Excellent Service from Ben - 10/10
Ben came out to fix my heat pump and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. His communication throughout the process was excellent - he kept me informed every step of the way and was very professional.
He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my heat pump, getting everything back up and running in no time. It's clear he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work.
I would highly recommend both Ben and the company to anyone needing heat pump service. Great experience from start to finish!

Quick acting, friendly and professional.
Very quickly fixed my heat pump faulty sensor and service it at the same time. Will use them again for regular service in the future. Friendly and professional staff, nice report too, with detailed work done explained and pictures to go with it. Will recommend to anyone 🙂👍🏻

Wonderful service from Start to fnish
I chose AirtoHeat for my heat pump installation following a recommendation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dean was exceptional throughout the entire process, guiding me from planning through to installation. Even after the install, whenever I’ve had questions, Dean has always been happy to help or arrange for someone to come out. A great overall experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AirtoHeat.

We had a service to our air source heat…
We had a service to our air source heat pump recently, which was installed a year ago. The worker arrived on time and completed the job quickly and well. There have been no problems with the pump.
