Beyond ridiculous beware of Toudee on…

Beyond ridiculous beware of Toudee on ebay avoid them!
. I brought a fuel pump from this company based in China Toudee on Ebay. I read the reviews and also checked with garage first. All looked fine. However, after receiving the part and having it fitted. My car came up with power loss error. I took it to the garage and the run a full body of tests and found the new fuel pump is faulty. This is where my nightmare has begun. Ive spent months trying to deal with Toudee and they either send auto generated emails and lie.
The car is causing the anxiety. I was finally promised a new part would be sent just before Christmas and this was another lie! I tried to contact to find out what was going on. At first they blocked me on ebay messaging service so I had email via my email account. All I have received back is automatically generated emails which do not answer my questions or bear any relation to my situation. They are dangerous and I want people to know so they can avoid buying anything from them. I've reported them to ebay. That is where i came across them but not sure what other platforms they sell on. Don't buy anything from them. They are crooks and happy to share my email exchange to prove it. This issues has now been going on for months. At the beginning I thought we was moving forward. Until I realised they was lying and stringing me along.

Dear Friend,

We are sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you’ve had with your fuel pump purchase. However, after carefully reviewing your comments, it appears that this review has been posted to the wrong company profile.

We would like to clarify the following points to help you find the correct merchant:

Product Mismatch: Your review mentions a "fuel pump" for a car. Our brand, toupee, specializes exclusively in premium men’s hair replacement systems (toupees). We do not manufacture or sell any automotive parts.

Brand Name Confusion: You mentioned a company named "Toudee." While the names may sound slightly similar, we are Toupee, and we have no affiliation with "Toudee" or any auto parts suppliers.

Sales Channels: You stated that you purchased this item on eBay. Please be advised that our brand operates solely through our official independent website. We do not have any storefronts on third-party platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or AliExpress.

It seems you have been a victim of a poor service from an eBay seller named "Toudee." We strongly recommend checking your eBay purchase history to contact the correct seller and reporting this to eBay directly to resolve your dispute.

Since this review is not related to our products or services, could you please kindly remove or move this review to the correct business profile? This would greatly help other customers find accurate information.

Best regards!
