We have not received our order and Customer service doesn't respond. I wonder if it's a legitimate business. Their Instagram comment section is people chasing a response/update on their orders. Avoid at all costs.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Poor quality product. Received an item that keeps deflating. Followed the instructions to tighten the valve. Did so and it continued to deflate. Tried to tighten again as told to use force but not excessive force. I am not strong and yet managed to snap the plastic tool. Item still deflated. Told to look for puncture but Cannot find it. No response now for 2 days when asked to return for a refund. This is supposed to be a new product. There should be no puncture or issue with the valve. We have other air tracks which didn’t have this problem and are much better quality from other suppliers. Avoid.
This is NOT a UK business, but actually a Finnish company that is running a UK website - google search: ip-agency_finland_oy.
They seem to ship from all over the world. Our item was an Air track for Christmas. We ordered weeks ago, and were looking for arrival when we had a request from ParcelForce to pay tax on our delivery as it had been sourced from Germany?!! This means we have had to pay an extra £60 to get our childs Christmas present. If we want to return it is at our own cost and we have no time to source an alternative. To me this is a con. You expect what you pay on a website to be the cost, not additional fees, tax etc. that is how it works with every other website, or they explicitly state this. However it is hidden in their small print that tax etc is not their problem...
We are still to receive our item, so I can't talk about product quality, but given our experience to date I am concerned...
Beware of this website. Although it holds itself out as a UK website with free shipping in the UK, I purchased 2 items from them, one item was fine and the other I had to pay £51 import duty. When I asked for a refund of this amount they referred me to the small print on their site. The goods themselves seem OK so far but keep in mind that the price they quote is not the amount you may have to pay.
